    I’m down 65 lbs since March and I gotta give lots of credit to you/watching your videos. You basically showed me I can eat the same foods but just smaller amounts and still lose weight. Btw I’m glad you are team pulp too 😅

    I feel the same way about water, don’t know why. It just feels stale. But please try to not waste water needlessly. If it isnt carbonated, try to water Your plants with it 🤷🏻‍♀️

      I love how they eat too. Eating certain foods does not make you gain weight. You gain weight when you eat over your calories rather it's healthy or not.

    What do you suggest for someone who is working out moderately and based on your suggest macro calculator is in a deficit but isn't losing weight? I've been consistent for 2 months and have lost 0. Really feel discouraged 😞

    I love how you have carbs in your diet! I’m so afraid of eating carbs like rice because I tend to gain weight.... I’d love to see a video talking about carbs and weight loss! Love your videos and you look beautiful as always🤎🤎

      Carbs will not make you fat. Eating more calories than what you burn will lead to weight gain. Do not be afraid of carbs. If anything carb the fuck up lol carbs are life

      You’ll gain water weight from increasing your carb intake but it’s temporary! You only gain fat/weight from a calorie surplus. As long as you eat your maintenance calories, you’ll maintain your weight! If you eat your deficit calories, you’ll lose weight! I explain it more in my weight loss Q&A posted a few videos back 🖤

    this might be weird but would you ever consider doing a video on vitamins and talking about them i know they seem so simple but i have such a hard time figuring out what ones are actually good for you or what ones i need idk. Lol

      Not sure if it's easy for you to see a doctor, but I'd suggest that if so. They can do a blood test and tell you what you actually need to be taking, and can sometimes give you a prescription for the vitamins/supplements you actually need. I needed vitamin D, C, and iron, and my doctor prescribed them to me and my insurance covered the cost, which is great because vitamins can get pricy lol. If not, usually a multivitamin is good!

      For most people a daily multivitamin hits all the important ones. See your doctor and get your blood tested to make sure you aren’t low on anything :)

    I’m the same with the water! Mostly because of the temperature. Even in a hydro flask it’s not as cold as when it’s fresh!

    💯💥I’m so proud of you I myself I was 264lbs 6 months ago now I’m 171lbs after so much hard work, you need to remember one thing, failure is not the final, it is the first step to success.There is nothing wrong when you failed and try again. In other way round, a lot of patience, determination, dedication and self discipline with endurance is the key to hold on not to fail🔑
