    For a healthy version of pizza I do wheat pita bread low sodium sauce mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni! It is so good!

      Dominique573 counting calories has helped a lot!!! the app i use is lifesum. i’m 5’4 and about 180 lbs. i eat 900-1,200 a day. basically take your normal calorie intake and i eat 500 calories less than that. i was eating too much food that my body could handle. i also intermittent fast 4-5 days a week.

      It took your body about 9-10 months to grow that baby, give your body lots of time to heal. I know it's so hard. I've had 2 bigger babies full term and after 1.5 years I still struggle, but I'm definitely getting there. Eat as clean as you can (80% clean 20% room for goodies), drink a ton of water and exercise daily (even just a walk is fantastic! ). And most importantly, be PATIENT. it will take time, and that's OK. Make healthy living a lifestyle. I finally stuck to it and now I crave my healthy food and exercise every single day and LOVE it. You got this mama

    A really helpful tip that i learned from one of the 'juice makers' at my local health food shop is to add fresh lemon juice to your green juice. It helps cut through that grass flavor and it really does make a huge difference! 🍋

    How often do you work out?? Can you do an updated at home workout or at the park workout. I’ve been working out at and for about 30 minutes but I don’t feel it’s enough I need to lose at least 15 pounds and tone my body. Thank girl love all your content

    If you want to save more time, i use the ready cooked bacon. 70 cals for 3. And I scramble an egg and put cheese in a little 100 cal tortillas 😊😘

    I make pizzas like that all the time! When you use pepperoni you can cut/tear it up to cover the whole pizza while using less pieces, works perfect for me! Love this video, so glad I found your channel!

    I like to do my pizzas like you and I also buy just plain tomato sauce and I add italian seasoning, garlic and other spices to make it taste like pizza sauce which doesn’t really add many calories. Love the video!

    I love these and even though my motivation is short lived 🤷🏼‍♀️ you still continue to re inspire me. I’ve gained 30lbs in this past year and before that I’ve always been pretty petite (5’2” 115) and I’m struggling so bad to have willpower and consistency 😩 Idk how you do it.. I also am a nanny and work like 55 hours a week & have to eat other people’s food lol help meeeee 🤣

    This is probably my favorite “what I eat in a day” that you’ve done thus far! I’m a vegetarian, but I could easily make all those dishes without meat, and grilled cheese? Pizza? Alfredo? YUM! All some of my favorite foods ♥️ I also laughed at you trying to swallow the green juice 😂 that looked absolutely terrible. I’d rather just make a tiny lil salad with those ingredients and eat it instead of drink it. But can’t wait for more of these! I’m struggling with healthy recipes that I’ll enjoy so this really gave me some inspiration.

    The pita I get around me is only about 80-100 calories per pita, I use them to make my pizza lunches and it’s been awesome! I like crispy pizza so I leave it in for about 20 minutes or so and it’s soooo yummy. 💖 watching you has already helped me lose weight over the past month so thanks so much for doing what you do!

    I’ve been working so so hard on eating healthy I want to loose 20 pounds so bad. So far I’ve lost about 5 but now I’ve just been maintaining my weight and not losing but I feel like I’ve been eating so well!! It’s so frustrating.
