Glad to hear it worked! There is a misconception that it's always the main board or power supply at fault, but unfortunately this is not true all the time. Glad to hear it worked out for you and I hope you keep watching!
Thanks. Great video pointing out the issue and the fix. Had the same TU8000. Lasted approx 3yrs then keeps going into the same continuous restart loop.
Great to see this. I had my Samsung 55" tv for about 4 years, when the tv started to shut down and not booting up anymore. I used a piece of tape to isolate 3 lines on the left Flex cable, and suddenly the tv started up without any issues. I also do not see any lines or faulty colors in the screen. Problem isolated👌🏼! Might sell it because I already bought a new tv when this one broke in 2021😂. Thanks!
Great video, thanks. My 70" Samsung failed the same way. I noticed over time, before it failed, that the picture was becoming patchy. Would only really notice this if there was a program where the screen was mostly white or one colour. It was getting steadily worse. Don't know if it's connected to the final failure. It's not the first Samsung TV I've had that's failed this way, gone patchy. Anyway I have no confidence in Samsung TV's anymore and will buy a different brand to replace it. It is only 3 years old.

70 inch Q6DT from costco here. 3 separate driver boards, blocking the exact pin you suspected in the video allows it to boot but no image. Great video. I scrapped a 55" only 2 years old because of this issue. Still got a 50" doing the same thing. Your video has given me hope that maybe I can get a better picture out of it before I give up. Samsung is not my favorite TV to repair as a hobby now. Thanks
My Scamsung TV is having similar issues. It suddenly keeps restarting. Already pinpointed to the strips below the LCD screen, so probably something shorted within the screen itself. It baffles me how many Scamsung TV's are having the same issue. Probably some sort of degradation of the substrate in the panel. TV is just over 3 years old. The way companies sell us stuff that break down juuuust after warranty is saddening. Thanks for the video, I'll give it a go tomorrow!
I dont know much about what makes an issue become a recall. Samsung should definitely put out a recall for this. I bought from Samsung a 50in Q60 flat QLED on November 16th of 2020. Its just been sitting in my back room for a while. Your videos will be a huge help when i start to fix it this week. Thanks!

I have a Samsung phone, tablet and watch luckily I haven't had any problems with any of them, but I did hear that Samsung appliances are junk and a waste of money, their TV sets are ok and also have a Samsung VCR DVD combination which is 16 years old the only thing that was wrong was a broken belt which I replaced and it's still running great

Hi Mr. ElectroniCET, I have they same Samsung TV panel, I tried to remove either left or right cable and both times it boots up but still black screen. Which panel side I need to tape?
Thanks for the help! The power cycling has stopped and the TV works just like before with one small issue. The left side of the screen does not have red colors anymore it seems. Is this due to the tape blocking the signal or might it be something else?
Greetings from Puerto, great video, thank you for sharing with us. When I saw this video, I thought this is the person that can help me out with my problem. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your TV. You might be having similar issues like I mention in this video (and the one prior to this one). I would try my solution with the tape, and that could resolve your problem.
My 3 years Samsung qled is turning on and stays for a minute and restarts again. I can see few purple horizontal lines in the top. Is the problem with panel? Should i replace it?
Hi, I followed your technique, tv would restart and boot then restart , looping. I taped over 3 clock signals on the left hand side ribbon. Now the tv boots up, I can hear the chime and tv turns off and on with remote , backlight on , etc. But no picture , just I hear sound via the hdmi input . Backlight is on and tv does not boot loop anymore. Do you think my main board tcon side of it faulty or is my screen itself faulty and no matter what I tape up on the ribbon signals , still no picture but audio only! Hope you can help ?
I don't think a scope is required since these should be just straight DC voltages (with maybe the exception of some with PWM signals?). To be honest, this has been a relatively new problem to me, and I haven't figured out where all the test points are. It especially doesn't help when there appears to be no service manual available for this TV. I hope this helps, and thanks for subscribing!
I have almost exactly the same television except mine is a 75 inch. Not sure if you know the answer to this (or anybody who knows about this TV) but my symptoms are that when you go to turn it on, the (Samsung) logo comes on solid at first… and then these horizontal lines develop (which chops up and dims the picture a bit)... and then the TV shuts off and goes through that cycle again. Usually for 10 minutes or so, it reboots, over and over again. When it's just about to turn on and work - and I do hear that tone from the speakers, once it gets to this point, - (which it does usually in less than 15 minutes of letting it cycle like this) you start to see the main menu screen, etc. and then the horizontal lines develop and then it shuts off ... and restarts and then FINALLY, it comes on for a few seconds (with the sound of whatever the TV show is that's playing or whatever) then, it usually goes through one more cycle... and then it stays on (and works perfectly from that point on unless you turn the TV off again). I'm wondering if that's a power board issue (rather than a main board issue). According to the seller who sold it to me, It did start occurring, just after a lightning storm. Do you think replacing the whole power board would do the trick in fixing it? Short of that, is there a particular part (or two) on the power board that would usually be the culprit that I could replace for a lot less money than replacing the whole power board? Even if I have to pay about 125 bucks for a new board, I think it would be worth it. It's a great TV once it stays on. Thanks!
Thanks, It is very comprehensive video for debugging smart TV display problems. In my Samsung series 8 model the T-con board is integrated in the main board. I also see 2 cables going from power supply to main board. I tested backlight by disconnecting cables from power supply to main board and it is fine. I tried connecting one cable at a time and notice that when one of the cables is connected, the highlights intermittently turns on and off. The behavior is same with connected or disconnected flat ribbon cables. I have replaced the main board but there is no change. Any suggestions?
Great educational video! I have a similar problem with a 65-inch Samsung TV. Cycles on and off with a Roku logo for about 1 to 2 seconds. I purchased the power supply board, however, the same issue. I followed your instructions on disconnecting the mainboard from the ribbon cable, however, the back LED lights do not turn on like your video shows. Any ideas of what I am missing? Mind you that the power supply board is a new board I purchased.
So, my TV had this issue, we were watching it and approx 60% of the screen suddenly went black then it started rebooting. I have used the tape method and managed to get the picture back, now half of the screen has a purple tint to it. Any ideas to help me fix that?! 🙏
Ok, I don't know why Samsung "Crystal" tv's line is so bad, but there's nothing else I can do than to try this method, thanks, i hope I can just fix it like you did, it's my mom's tv and it's less than 2 years old lol, and my 12 years old Sony TV is still going strong, so sad btw...
I agree. Things just don't last like they used to. I have seen this a couple of times now, I have no clue what Samsung is doing with these TVs. I hope my video helps you! Thanks for watching!
Excuse me, about the blocking method of the right y-axis failure, stv ckv1-8 vss vgl vgh lc1 lc2, about 14 points, corresponding to the right metal dots, should they be shielded? Can’t you just cover a few? I have tried full occlusion and it can be turned on normally, but the color on the right seems to be a little colorless. I just want to know if there is a perfect way to fix it. Find the problematic part inside. Some people also have the application of sharing the short-circuit killer, but I don‘t know if it is suitable.
Hello, my 58" TV turns on/off. I went ahead and disconnected the motherboard above power supply. The backlight are good and power supply is good too. Now if I disconnect the white strip connection from the motherboard, the backlight stays on but no picture and no sound. If I reconnect the strip and unplug 1 drive (right/left) , the backlight stays on aswell. If I disconnect the middle "power button" from motherboard, it does the same thing as the beginning. You mentioned that no sound from speaker after disconnecting the white connecter from m/b could be the reason?
Those small lines you have at the bottom after typing... what do you think if that small lines on the whole tv screen instead of just the bottom like yours?
My 40 inch was doing keep restarting. Blue light would hardly ever come on. It was the only tv I had that wasn’t on a surge protector. So what I did was test main board. Couldn’t find nothing just a loud surging sound from board. Tried used board outta older element. Everything worked fine power button worked great. But then the board at the bottom with all the ribbon cables. The left side shorted out. Idk why.
I have had a similar fault issue. Unfortunately the faulty clock line was on the left (when looking from behind the TV) only one cable and a smaller one going to the right hand side. Managed to get the picture to come on but after several seconds the TV goes into continuous starting up loop without any buttons being pressed. Have you come across a similar fault and if so how did you rectify it? Love watching your uploads very informative, many thanks. 👏👍🏴👏👍🏴
Thanks for subscribing and your dedication towards my channel! I have not come across this deep of a problem, but it looks like you still have a problem with the panel (screen) of your TV. One or more lines might need to be blocked and the problem can be on both sides of the panel.
I have a Samsung QN65q80baf, it cycle starts at logo. I have three boards, power supply, Tcon and control board. I suspected it was the panel, because when I removed the main ribbon cable to driver boards(3 driver boards, control board ribbon connects to centre board and two driver board on each side fed by the connecting short ribbon cable) it boots with LED backlight and makes the menu sound. I'm able to cycle through menu and was able to even cast to external Chromecast connected via HDMI to play music of course without any image. I reconnected the main ribbon cable and then tried disconnecting first the left side of the driver ribbon connectors, and then right to determine which 1/3 of the panel driver was the issue. After disconnecting both sides short ribbon driver connectors, I determined it was the main one going into the centre board. I painstakingly isolated to one ribbon line that was causing the short. However, after covering that line. It's as if the main ribbon cable isn't even connected. White backlit screen no image. Does this sound like a Control board issue? If I remove the tape, it cycle boots but sometimes(very rarely) it stays on long enough that I can cycle the menu and the image looks fine. It doesn't make sense how one line on the ribbon could cause the entire panel to not display anything.. Does it? What line could that be? Sounds like one of the power ribbon line shorting from the board right?
Hi, Thanks for the Video, ik clears up a lot. (About the working of the different components) Maybe you can help me diagnose a somewhat similar problem whit my 58 inch Samsung tv. (Exactly the same power supply and Controller board even the display boards are separated the same way) When I turn it on the backlight comes on for a second than dims and the "chime" sound is played. And then it starts al over again. But the chime sound is not played anymore. If I understand you correctly the power supply and the controller board are ok if the chime sound is playing. But because of the backlight is not fully coming on, i guessed the leds don't "take" enough power from the supply and that is shutting down the entire power supply in reboot mode... Am I remotely correct or do you see other ways? English is not my mother tongue, Dutch is, so please forgive me for the grammatical mistakes. Kind regards, David
HELP ! Great video, , I have the same tv, I have found the side that is shorting, I can get the back lights to stay on and I get sound, but no picture at all ? I would have thought that with the bad side disconnected I would have half a good picture ? but nothing
Thanks for the video, managed to get my 75" UN75NU800 working again by taping off just pin on the left flex cable connecting to the left two LCD driver boards. Howver now there is a horizontal line running across the entire screen. Is it something that can be fixed by covering more pin or it's probably the best result already? Thanks.
I'm glad you got your TV back up and running! Unfortunately, this would be the best solution to my knowledge, and flaws like the one you see now are a result of the blocked signals. Sometimes, you get a slightly washed out picture on the side where the shorted clock signals are.
Thank you.I have the same tv and did what you recommended but now the color is purplish on the repaired side. Do you have any recommendations. Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do about this. It is one of the possible flaws that occur when repairing these Scamsung LED TVs that have shorted clock signals.
I finally found the correct clock signal pin to cover with my tape. The tv turns on now and does not power cycle anymore but I still have no image. Just a blue screen. I hear the menus and the different command s from the remote but no image. At this point im thinking it's game over ?
From what you are describing, it looks like the panel is finished. The only thing that you can do at this point is sell it for parts and get some of your money back. Thanks for watching!
when i disconnect the mainboard, the led backlight stays on. however, when i connect the mainboard to the power supply board, the backlights keep going on and off... regardless if the ribbon cable is connected to the TV panel. So I bought a TV with broken panel but the inside parts seemed okay, because the TV stays on. I got out the mainboard, placed it in my TV. same issues. When i put the mainboard back to the broken panel TV, the other TV started having the reboot issues.... can anyone help me?
@@abiodunolukosi6385 It is usually located on the flex-boards that are under the TV. On both ends of the flex-boards, there will be 8 test points for the clock signals. But, you would want to cut the clock signals on the connectors of the flex-boards like I showed in the video.
I was able to find the short but when I turn it on the screen is still blank. The backlight I can see is on, I can here it do something when I press around on the remote. Is the panel just broken? Can I do more to get a picture?
If you would like to change the t-con board, you would need to change the main board. The t-con board on these TVs is integrated into the main board. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
So my tv was constantly power cycling, narrowed down the pin and put the strip of tape on. Now it powers on and can hear sound, but no image just the backlight. Any ideas?
Like how I mentioned in a previous comment under this video, there is a IC that is responsible for sending all the voltages to the panel boards. This IC might have failed and could be causing your problem. I don't remember the part number, but it should be located near the flex cable connector.
My 2019 55" 4k Qled Q80r keeps rebooting every 5 to 6 seconds. The picture comes on and then fades away before restarting all over again. I posted a video of it in my videos. What could be causing this? Sonetimes this issue goes away but always comes back. The backlights are fine and if i unplug cables from main board, the backlights stay on. Thoughts?
Is there a way to change the driver boards and what is the part i look for? So i changed the ribbon and it stopped cycling and i can hear all sounds and the background voices however, is still a dark blue screen. Before it started cycling i did notice faint lines in the screen and unplugging and plugging worked until it didn't.
I have a 2013 40" Samsung Tv it comes on an works perfectly for about 20 minutes then the screen blanks off. for a while mt game is still running in the background as you can hear the game play. Then the Red light starts to blink it will only turn off by unplugging it then it works fine again for 10 minutes or so. Could it be the LED lights? I didnt think power cause it's still running. I do get the Samsung Sound when it starts. Love your vids. Thanks
I know for a fact that the issue isn't with the main board or power supply. Not only does it not make sense logically, I also went through the headache of even replacing the two parts off-camera to further prove my point. Furthermore, the backlights can't be an issue because when you power up the TV without the main board connected, they should turn on without an issue, and with the majority of these TVs, this isn't an issue. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
I tried to fix the tv and put the tape in the ribbon and its working it stopped the on and off but the screen appears only white..can you give me some advice??thank you by the way i have the idea now where exactly the problem of my tv
There are some small ferrite beads (if that is what they are) near the ends of the flexible PCBs on each side of the TV. From there, you can trace which lines on the ribbon correspond to which clock signals. The clock signal numbers are written on the silkscreen next to the ferrite beads. Thanks for watching!
So i've got 1 single pin blocked off now that makes the tv staying on, but there is still no picture. Do I have to block more off? I can see a little bit of the apps at the edge in the bottom corners, but when i "move" around through the apps they doesn't move. It's almost like it's burned in. You've come across that before?
It could be there is no charming sound (it is a option in the TV's setting to have it on or off). When the picture comes back, you can change it in the TV's settings. Thanks for watching!
Nice video, tried what you did and it worked but that distortion is the issue at the end of the dsy. i actually figured out what the solution is without the tape and blocking of the lines and still get the fullm clear picture.
I have the same problem. TV Restart again and again, also I have these issues -- The TV is connected with Setup box via HDMI, so when I turn on the TV it shows the video and audio from the dish setup box. Also the samsung smart consoles what i mean is the menus that samsung have is not working. Means like when the tv is on when i click settings button some other buttons like volume the samsung UI doesn't shows any consoles. Will it be a same problem ? Would be great if you help me. Can you please guide me ?
I think those black things you talk about are 0 ohm resistors 1 of each clk signal you can just desolder the one malfuctioning and no need to use the capcon tape
I'm not sure if that is true all the time, but from what I have seen, it looks like a couple of Scamsung's new models have defective screens (even though they are not cracked), and cause issues like I mention in this video and the one prior to this one.
Followed your diagnosis on this tv. On mine the display seems to work fine if I leave the power cord unplugged and unplug the large white ribbon cable from the motherboard to the display, then plug the power cable in and while the backlight is on, plug the ribbon cable in and then everything works fine until I turn the tv off. Then have to repeat that all over again anytime I want to watch tv. Any ideas what could be the issue? Hope that makes sense
What you are describing is what I try to show how to remedy in this video. There are certain traces on the flexible circuit boards that are shorting. I show how to remedy this issue in my video. Thanks for watching!

Maybe someone here can help me I don't have the exact problem with it being stuck in a bootloop. My problem is it starts up fine works for about 5min then freezes turns off and then is stuck in a bootloop for a couple min then works fine again so it's basically a bootloop but the looping stops for about 5 min every couple min. I've replaced the powerboard which was my first idea which didn't help so I'm also thinking it's a problem with a shorted led but the long bootloop makes it harder to diagnose. If you have any idea what else it could be please let me know 🙏 :)
I have a 4 tv all tv is samsung qe50q60tau has a same problem but I taped the lines the backlight is stable but no picture on the tv the VSS measuring point not arriving the -4,11V whats the problem?

Great, thanks very much. It was fiddly, but I used a hand free magnifier and scalpel, It worked a treat.
i think its the connection the ribbon cables make with the driver board. looked closely at mine but got busy and set the project aside
Thanks for this video! I fixed my 50inch with normal tape over 4 lines. Only 3mm of the outer lines are not working.
Glad it helped!
What did you block the clock signals with?
Thank you for sharing I fix tvs friend today 😊
Thank you very much indeed that was awesome. I had the same problem but it was one of the LEDs not up to spec that caused the rebooting.
Thank you so much for your video. Helped me to fix theTV :)
I think I have exactly the same TV, but "tape" magic didn't work for me... Any ideas? Thank you :)
Hi Mr. ElectroniCET, I have they same Samsung TV panel, I tried to remove either left or right cable and both times it boots up but still black screen. Which panel side I need to tape?
Nice I fix a un55nu7095 model tv where ck2 on the driver board was causing the set to come on and off .thanks allot for sharing your information.
You're welcome!
Great video! Thanks for the help!
I am replacing the LEDs and while removing the
plastic sheets (a soft and a hard ones) I forgot the order in which they go the TV is a Samsung model UN5OM5300AF. Up to this moment 01/12/24 I still waiting for the LED strips to arrive home. If you can help me, I will be more than grateful.
Respectfully,
Wilberto González
Thank you for your sharing experience.I have Samsung 50 inche. When one of cable Led drive from T-con take out half of picture is there and half of other is white . I appreciate you send me some advice .If there are use both of cable led drive have connection all picture is white
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your TV. You might be having similar issues like I mention in this video (and the one prior to this one). I would try my solution with the tape, and that could resolve your problem.
I don't see how you practically solve the problem, how did you do it to stop restarting?
Same here
Hi could you not scope at the test points or check with a multimeter to find the faulty line/s. Excellent video, subscribed.
It really works, Thanks a lot😍
(About the working of the different components)
Maybe you can help me diagnose a somewhat similar problem whit my 58 inch Samsung tv. (Exactly the same power supply and Controller board even the display boards are separated the same way)
When I turn it on the backlight comes on for a second than dims and the "chime" sound is played.
Kind regards,
David
HELP ! Great video, , I have the same tv, I have found the side that is shorting, I can get the back lights to stay on and I get sound, but no picture at all ? I would have thought that with the bad side disconnected I would have half a good picture ? but nothing
me too i we could get help
Mine does this also, would like some input
From what you are describing, it looks like the panel is finished. The only thing that you can do at this point is sell it for parts and get some of your money back.
Thanks for watching!
Same thing but also no sound! I was trying to hear something but nothing and screen blue
After you fixed the other two, was the same spot being taped?
From what I remember, yes. Hope this helps and I hope you keep watching!
Good morning if I buy a new driver ribbon would I still have the problem
when i disconnect the mainboard, the led backlight stays on. however, when i connect the mainboard to the power supply board, the backlights keep going on and off... regardless if the ribbon cable is connected to the TV panel. So I bought a TV with broken panel but the inside parts seemed okay, because the TV stays on. I got out the mainboard, placed it in my TV. same issues. When i put the mainboard back to the broken panel TV, the other TV started having the reboot issues.... can anyone help me?
Every tu and nu Series at at fault cut clock pin 2 and 4 with a razor
Thanks for the info! It looks like you are right. It seems to be those two that are the troublemakers.
How can I locate where the clock pin will be on the flex or where do I cut it from?
@@abiodunolukosi6385 It is usually located on the flex-boards that are under the TV. On both ends of the flex-boards, there will be 8 test points for the clock signals. But, you would want to cut the clock signals on the connectors of the flex-boards like I showed in the video.
Mine does not have the clock signals on the board like yours other then that it's the same. And I have this exact issue
I was able to find the short but when I turn it on the screen is still blank. The backlight I can see is on, I can here it do something when I press around on the remote. Is the panel just broken? Can I do more to get a picture?
It sounds like the panel is toast. The best thing you can do is sell it for parts.
@@Mr.ElectroniCETthank you for your reply! I really appreciate the help.
Sir ho we can change t-con board when it comes (alone) between the pannel and main board? that we need to consider?
If you would like to change the t-con board, you would need to change the main board. The t-con board on these TVs is integrated into the main board. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
where can I buy that kind of tape ? can I just use scotch tape or eletrical tape ?
So my tv was constantly power cycling, narrowed down the pin and put the strip of tape on. Now it powers on and can hear sound, but no image just the backlight. Any ideas?
measure the vss measuring point of the bottom board if you can measure -4,11V?
Like how I mentioned in a previous comment under this video, there is a IC that is responsible for sending all the voltages to the panel boards. This IC might have failed and could be causing your problem. I don't remember the part number, but it should be located near the flex cable connector.
@@Mr.ElectroniCET where is this IC?
Still sounds like there is/are signals that are shorted. It might take some time to find the culprits.
Thanks for watching!
So how do you know which lines are the clock signal lines on the ribbon itself ??
There are some small ferrite beads (if that is what they are) near the ends of the flexible PCBs on each side of the TV. From there, you can trace which lines on the ribbon correspond to which clock signals. The clock signal numbers are written on the silkscreen next to the ferrite beads.
Thanks for watching!
Man every channel with this same issues has at least 60k up to 300k views looks to me like Samsung just ripping everyone off literally.
I can't even get a picture when i block off a big part of where the fault is. Just the same "burn in" visual
Well now the "burn in" is gone, but still no picture. Just backlight
So if you buy I new cable pin conector resolve the problem?
I followed your steps however there's no charming sound that means the board is defective?
It could be there is no charming sound (it is a option in the TV's setting to have it on or off). When the picture comes back, you can change it in the TV's settings.
Thanks for watching!
Nice video, tried what you did and it worked but that distortion is the issue at the end of the dsy. i actually figured out what the solution is without the tape and blocking of the lines and still get the fullm clear picture.
Interesting... Would you mind sharing and maybe this could help other people as well?
No. These are protective suppressors.
Not sure, since there are no schematics available, it will be hard to determine what they really are. Thanks for watching!
Possible... I wished the service manual would be available for these newer Samsung TVs, it would help alot with these matters. Thanks for watching!
@@Mr.ElectroniCET yep, we live in hard times bro
Show me what pins you taped?

If you see qled tv samsung on the sreen is the panel defect??
@@Mr.ElectroniCETonce you diagnose it with the tape, can you just replace those instead of using them which is still causing some problems? Or you can’t buy those separately?
I have horizontal lines. How to block here?
Thnx!

Hi! Will this fix work on qe50q60aau?
this is my last Samsung tv
A lot of people are saying the same thing. Hopefully, Samsung makes a comeback with these TVs...
My LG's are all great and no problems. Samsung sucks
Yeah same, so sad, never had issues before but this is disgusting, I can't believe how common these issues are. Tv is only on 2hrs a day. I have the qn90a
My Samsung ua65nu7100 backlight comes on and off by itself in a loop. I have 2 Tcon ribbons. I removed one ribbon at a time. Backlight stays on but no image on the tv. I do hear the boot up chime. Suspect main board issue
What was it?
Hey, i tried this method myself and it worked! I blocked the pin that was broken but now the other problem that i have is that there are relative loads of black lines in the screen, anyone knows how to fix this?
Hi please help, i have same situation, but no sound when i turn on the tv, i found the short contact and i isolated but still screen is black with a backlight on, and nothing else, after isolating that contact is not restarting anymore but as i said its stays black screen with backlight on, the red light from tv its showing that responding to remote because when pressing some button from remote the red light from tv is blinking, and also i can turn tv off or on from remote! What could be the problem? Maybe motherboard? If yes what to do? (I have programmer) myabe to install the firmware to the chip! Thanks a lot! Tv samsung ue50tu8000k
same
Fk, here goes my whole day tomorrow, I’m having the same issue and narrowed it down to it’s gotta be one of these 😒
Maybe someone here can help me I don't have the exact problem with it being stuck in a bootloop.
There is a IC on the main board that is responsible for delivering all the voltages to the panel boards. I don't remember what part number it is, but it is located near the flex cable connectors. This chip might have failed and it might be causing the TV to not turn on properly. Hope this helps!
My TV samscum works for about 45 mins an hour then starts power cycling...
Can the faulty board be replaced
I think this is the problem but I'm still suck on how to fix it
Could be a faulty panel, fault power IC or faulty ceramic capacitors on the flexible boards. Hope this helps.
Thanks for watching!
can u just buy and replace with a new cable ribbon
From what I have seen, the problem is not with the ribbon cable.
Thanks for watching!
what part of the tv is causing this then?@@Mr.ElectroniCET

Good information, but: please thoroughly blow your nose before you start recording the video. The sniffing is distracting and gross. I wish I had found this before buying a new main board. Hopefully this information will help me with the power cycling issue I have. Mine is a Samsung with 2 ribbon cables. Will see what happens.
This is a temporary solution, after about 2 months the problem will reappear.
