It needs to have a place to put the house number/name or business name on it. And I could easily see myself walking straight past this if it doesn't stand out. A dull green box on a wall that is not next to the front door and, in the future, slightly overgrown shrubs around it etc...yep. I could walk past it - especially on a rainy day with my hood pulled right down. Put it nicely on the wall and then parked the car in front of it? Great idea! Consider bright yellow, green, or....red. If a have a packet for, say, 185a Upper Road, then I have "185a" in the front of my mind as I'm walking up the drive. If I saw a big box with a "185a" I would head straight for that. Overall this would probably save a lot of time writing out cards and having to bring stuff back - just make sure it's easy to spot in the worst weather (inc. snow) and that your postie knows it's definitely for the correct house number. You could also provide a badge or sticker to attach near the doorbell or front door that says to find the Brizebox - just a generic one liner that nationally delivery guys and gal will get to recognise.
It looks like the kind of thing i'm after but where i live, i'd be happy to find the box still attached to the wall when i came home! My concern is there doesn't seem to be anything to stop me from wrenching those two flaps upwards to get at the parcels. I think it would be made to be more secure if the drawer didn't open quite as much to allow the back part to sit above the back edge of the flaps to stop them being pulled up. And to secure the front edge from being pulled up, have a length of angle attached to the back of the door that sat above the front edge of the flaps. The material also looks to be flimsy, as do the hinges. That said, it's a good design!
What weight parcel will the draw handle before those two flaps bend or fail before the draw is closed? Also I see you only now do two colours, are they gloss, or satin?

Hello Mark, The flaps are designed to support parcels up to 20kg, and sorry, but we only offer two colours.
and the letters? i can easy open and remove them !???! they do not fall to the floor automatically, as do the parcels.
