Hoka Skyward X

The HOKA Skyward X is the newest max cushioned, carbon plated daily trainer offering from a brand that in my opinion hadn’t quite hit the mark in this category, until now.
While the likes of the Bondi X and Mach X left more to be desired, the Skyward X checks all of the boxes for me when it comes to comfort, responsiveness and most importantly, fun.
HOKA is on the board in the competition for best daily trainer of 2024, and I can’t wait to rack up the miles in this new highly cushioned offering.

In regard to the shoe, it’s been great for me holding more consistent paces, something I generally struggle with.
My typical variation is between 10-15 seconds per km, however with this it is closer to 5 seconds.
