Wtf I actually thought 60 pulls were hard pity for 6-star operator, but clearly you didn't get one until first 62 pulls during video. I guess I just haven't managed to get that unlucky yet since I'm f2p with limited amount of pulls and chances for 6-star star to quickly increase from 50 pulls on. My condolences for your tragic loss of saved up resources and I really wish we had more control or better pity system to prevent this from happening.
First real Hard Pity is actually 100 pulls, but statistically it's real hard to roll 100 times without a single 6-star pull (starting at 50 pulls, the odds for 6-stars improves with each pull). Second Hard Pity is 150 pulls, if you HAVEN'T gotten any rate up 6-stars, the next one will be guaranteed to be one of the rate-up six stars. Since OP pulled Red Hoss, he couldn't get the second Hard Pity to force Pepe by 200 pulls.
