    Good stuff. Thanks.
Masters wrestler here. Club one side, jump to a deep underhook to the other. It's never not been there because when you club, the arm pops up so he catches his balance.

    excellent:
i use them bang on collars for muay thai clinch ..
this works well , with modified hand fighting and is thai clinch all the way .
this is good for all, if they learn it.

I brought someone to the ground today just by manhandling them around with this

Back in the day our high school wrestling coach brought in a former Olympian to show us stuff. He did this to our undefeated state champion heavyweight and made him look like a child.

Is this just a movement drill to wear them out? Or do you use this live to create openings? And when/if you use it, do you hit 2-3 sides on average before an opening occurs?? This looks awesome, just trying to gauge how to use it properly for maximum effect.

This is a movement drill. I doubt I ever do more than 2 in a row, and it's usually just 1.

Is this supposed to build the receiver's balance and base so as to get a good base?

David Turov that might happen, but the drill is for the guy performing the movement.
