@@seventhedog3986 People now use flying knees to kick the heads of the BJJ guys. They are so obvious. Do a fake and then lower their upper body to grab your legs. Or you can just keep moving around changing your center of gravity constantly. This will frustrate them. Then they will move forward to attack you. That's when the flying knees come into play.
