- Geddy Lee is an award-winning Canadian musician, producer, and songwriter who has a net worth of $50 million. Geddy Lee is best known for being the lead vocalist and bassist of the popular Canadian rock band Rush. Geddy also plays the keyboard for Rush. After joining the band in 1968, he has earned praise from critics and fans alike. Lee is considered one of the most technically accomplished bassists in rock history, and many other bassists have been inspired by his playing style. He is also considered one of the best heavy metal vocalists of all time, utilizing a distinct "countertenor" falsetto. In 2013, Geddy Lee was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with the other members of Rush.
Saw them in Brighton 1979. Best live band l've seen.
Stay tuned 👊
I was Mesmerized by his bass playing and tone my teen years and he is still my top favorite. I’ve been playing bass since the late 70’s myself and still gig often. He is a hero to me and we own both of his books!
Best vocalist of all time and keyboardist ..... Stay tuned 👊
Why did it take all the way until 2013? for Rush to be inducted into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame? What kept them from not being inducted many many years earlier?
They receive the metal of honor. The order of Lenin. Knighthood in Great Britain. That French award.
Rush🎉
Please, can we stop this trend of AI narration? This would have been 1000x better if an actual human would have read the script. The AI voice was horrible.
Rush released an album that didn't have Neil Peart as the drummer. I would tend to think Geddy Lee is worth more than $50 million dollars.
His baseball collection is worth more than that alone.
They split everything 3 ways..and didn't have issues with somebody feeling under paid..
Don't let Nancy see the thumbnail to this video, Geddy will have to scrape her off the ceiling.
😂😂
The narrator does not know his Rish history. He and Alex were friends and had several other members (was not Rush) at the time; it wasn't until the addition of John Rutsey in 1968 they became a trio. Rutsey was diabetic also had an alcohol/drug issue; Lee, Lifeson and the band manager were afraid for Rutsey's life feeling the lifestyle would be his ruination. So they searched for a drummer..... enter Neil Peart....and the rest is history.
Since the title says "women" I thought they were going to mention when he dated Aimee Mann from Til Tuesday (who sang on "time stands still").
Rewatch the video carefully ..stay tuned ✅ thanks in adv
I learned nothing from this and its automated narration.
Positive energy ✅stay tuned ✅
