- Articulate Storyline 360 has just unveiled an exciting new feature that will make the lives of e-learning designers and instructional designers everywhere easier. The new feature allows users to preview JavaScript snippets within the course preview without publishing your Storyline course. This new feature makes previewing your eLearning course much easier, enabling designers to test and refine their JavaScript code as they build quicker and easier.
In e-learning, JavaScript can add interactivity and custom functionality to courses, such as gamification elements, interactive quizzes, and more. The ability to preview JavaScript snippets directly within the course preview is a game-changer for designers and developers, as it allows them to see exactly how their code will behave within the course without the need to publish. This new feature is a testament to Articulate's ongoing commitment to innovation, and I can't wait to see what other exciting developments they have in store for us.

You're not just a "nerd" Jeff! Trust me so many of us a psyched about this and are just as hype as you are!
Awesome! Fellow nerds unite :)
Love seeing more javascript support in storyline! Keep up the great work, following the series with great interest.
Yeah me too! Hope they keep opening up customization.
Nerds are awesome! Thank you for the video.
Yes, yes they are :D
Thank you for this and yes, I really want that JS in Storyline course.
It is in the works!
YES! Now CSS in SL, pleeaassee
I would do backflips if they did that. Or at least global style adjustments. They kinda did that with the notes section but I want that for slides outside master slides since that breaks if you make adjust page level adjustments.
Hey Jeff, I'm looking forward to a JS course from you. Will it be geared toward someone with no JS experience or would you recommend we do a little foundation-building beforehand?
It will be geared towards beginners for sure. Anyone that is already familiar with JavaScript can skip the basic parts but I will have stuff there for newbies and even some videos on how to use ChatGPT and Storyline for custom JavaScript.
@@LearningDojo Sounds cool! Thanks for all you do!
Please add a Javascript course.
In the planning stage now!
