- There's the Helium Wallet App and the Helium Builder App and the Helium Mobile App. And then there the Helium Wallets vs the Helium Mobile Wallets. And then there's the hotspots.hello... dashboard to monitor all your mobile hotspots vs your IOT hotspots monitored in your Helium Wallet App. It all gets a little confusing, and more so if you want to move crypto around. So I hope this helps.

Question about your Outdoor CBRS. Where you about to update the software from version 1.3 to 1.9? And how did you get your outdoor small cell to go online and get its heartbeats? What did helium support do or say? I’m still waiting for my outdoor cell to come online, update and get its heartbeats. My registration is already completed and approved!! Any update or help would be immensely appreciated! Thanks 😊
Okay. Sadly the 1.3 to 1.9 wasn't the problem. The problem was the serial number wasn't entered into the system. I had to send it to freedomfi support. Then it took 5 days to register the thing (again, freedomfi support). That was approved this morning. Now I'm getting online with heartbeats. But what a pain! So wait, how did you get your radio registered when you don't have it yet?
Great content bro. So to move MOBILE to a black wallet it needs SOL? we have to send SOL to each device we want to send to a main wallet? If so that’s stupid.
Ummm… yeah. You have to send SOL to the blue wallet in order to then send the MOBILE to the black wallet. I gave up and have now transferred my devices all to a black wallet. It was dumb.
Ok makes sense, just put them all on the black. May as well earn a bit of staking rewards instead of chilling in the other wallets
Im having trouble moving my 3 outdoor hotspots from the builder app to the black app. Any advice?

Do not understand why the rewards are being stored on some random Solana address that I don't control. This happened during setup without my ability to change it.
What a mess. Is anyone still excited about this project. I'm giving the mobile service a try. Man I miss the $800 months I had when I first got started. Now I've got 3 iot miners I don't use
Thanks Justin. One thing that really bothers me is that how can I add/import "Helium Mobile Wallets" to "Helium Wallets"? Under "import" there is private-key or phrases which I cannot find under my "Helium Mobile Wallets", any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
You should contact Support about that one. I’m not sure I even understand what you’re talking about. I’ve never imported wallets into other wallets. However, I have transferred the devices into the black wallet. Transferring was a fairly easy process.
@@DoItJustinKace What I meant is to import wallet from the OrangeApp to the BlackApp. According to Reditt, we cannot do it as wallet of OrangeApp is custodied by NovaLab. Wonder how you have two wallet inside the BlackApp as you show in the video.
Hello Justin, I really enjoy your content. It's really helpful for us newbies. I know it maybe simple but can you show how to get enough sol to be able to do a transfer. And just to be clear your saying the white wallet is the one we need to house all our other wallets, that is the blue and the gold.
Are you talking about the black wallet? It will house all other Helium wallets, but it won’t house the mobile wallets which are accessible through the blue and gold apps.
Once you’ve claimed your mobile tokens, it may be possible that the blue and gold wallets automatically convert Mobile into SOL in order to do any transfers you may need. You should try that first.
Thanks Justin, just to give you an example, my household has 3 mobile hotspot plans each of course has a wallet if i wanted to transfer funds between accounts I would need to use the black wallet to send and receive using the individual wallet addresses correct ? In the Helium Builder wallet (BLUE) it shows a mobile amount, which is the same as my mobile hotspot amount, but is this inclusive of the rewards I earn from my indoor hotspot ? I cannot see how to claim and transfer the rewards for the indoor hotspot. There is not mount showing it says Pending Hotspot Rewards and in red writing "0.00001 SOL is required to claim Your reward. What does this mean?
@@Automatedbusinesssolutions360 I’m not 100% sure that I fully understand what’s going on or what you’re trying to do. However, if you need SOL I would suggest your transferred from your black wallet into your other wallet. That would make the most sense.
Hi Justin, I’m just trying to get SOL into any wallet. I cannot do anything without SOL. When I try to do a transfer of my mobile tokens in the blue wallet to the SOL address , I cannot send payment because a red message says insufficient funds. My black wallet is brand new there are no tokens of any kind there and I cannot transfer,swap or anything without SOL. Any other suggestions on How I can get enough SOL to cover Transaction fees so that I can began to work between the Helium Network Wallets and Apps?
You did same thing as me when setting up the mobile hotspot. You could have link the wallet too then builder app instead of using a login. So I’m going too transfer ownership too my helium wallet instead of swapping back and forth
I’m considering doing that, but as I’m hoping to get it into a business somewhere I want it to have its own wallet someone can reference to see how it’s doing that not connected to mine.

Need advise, Purchased a used helium freedomfi miner. The previous owner sent ownership to wallet. Asserted location on bothe helium apps.
The 1 app showes new address but in the wallet app it still showes old address. The miner is up and running but idk what im doing really.
I’m not 100% sure what you’re talking about. You should really contact the support department for Helium. Sounds though like maybe some things just take a little while to update.
That's exactly what it was . Just needed 24 to 48 hrs to update. Location updated and started mining.

Ouch. You bought something already onboarded? You're going to need to buy it from an exchange like coinmarketcap and then transfer it to your wallet.
