Super technical, precise. Great setups.
The way my sparring partner fights, i would like to mostly do technical. I've started liking hard sparring if you can repeatedly go with better fighters, you know that you're made for it. Hard sparring also forces you to get better!
This sort of sparring is exactly how it should be. Bang on and very good sparring partners and coach. No need to take each others heads off and shorten their careers and brain health. Can see why this gym produces the likes of haggerty, knowsley and nolan.
its a class gym, the muay thai sparring is top notch, Christian Knowles has built a solid team with TKA.
it just depends on the level of skill
if you're sparring someone of equal ability and you both deal the same level of hits in sparring, then so be it
but if you're paired up with someone who is starting their first sparring session, tone that level to zero, and go lightly.

Good vibes always coming from Knowsley too and you gotta love London’s low kicks and the uniqueness of Marcel! Would have been cool to have Haggerty or Nolan involved also but I know Nolan is in Thailand atm :)

All three of them are so good. Bendon always top shit. Knowles size is deceiving as hell, the dude got some crazy reactions and is super crafty.
knowles is a beast, very technical and has some heat in the hands, was awesome to see him sparring with Bendon

some people don't like throwing them in sparring but under a controlled environment and depending on level i suppose its fine

Are those lace n loops y’all use or what is that y’all wrap around your wrist?
Just the lace. When it comes undone just wrap it around and put the hand back in the glove 👍
Would love a sparring break down whereby someone explains why things are being done while the footage is being shown. As a noob only a few months into training, I love the content but I struggle understanding the logic behind a lot of the movement.
i may do some breakdowns of techniques soon.
