Awesome, simple clear instruction, well presented, and I love the “use you imagination” People can drill all day and get nowhere, put some personality in there and off you go 👍 I enjoyed the “don’t be to nice” That’s how we used to train years ago. Cracking training there for some lucky people

I saw a few clowns putting this man down a few weeks ago cost he's lost a couple of fights in his career. Funny thing is he was banging full grown geezers out twice as hard as them when he was 15 lol I've done Kickboxing for a decade. Not competitively or anything. But always been fascinated by Muay Thai. Such a beautiful art. But I'm 36 now and do Krav as well now. But really wanna try and fit this in. One of the most effective ways of fighting in the world without question!
Crazy I used to train with Mick Zamattes in the late 80s early 90s who coached Richard Smith ( trained a bit with Rich ) I you can see Mick style right thru that Lineage, Liam your style is just like Mick he was so explosive

"Try to hit them in the chin" this is soo fucking important.... people "train" or rehearse combinations without actually trying to land the punch/kick...
