1.There's always 1 Bully in the gym😑!! 2.Big guy in Red was Chill & Fire at the same time!! 3. And the guy in blue got beaten up like he was the new kid at school. 4.Great Video 🙏🏽
I don't think that first guy was a bully. He's probably the most skilled there, and was only teeing off that first guy because he wasn't producing any offense. Even then, he wasn't hitting too hard.
Not a huge fan of the first guy in black and red going hard on a kid that obviously isn't on the same level and then flexing when he kicks him into the speakers. Ethics.. Great vid anyways!
@@_JOMOMA I agree. Blue shirt didn't look bad, but it was a clear experience difference. It's not like the black dude just blitzed him or hauled off (especially when he easily achieved dominant angles). For most part he only put a little impact when blue shirt turned up first. Otherwise, black dude stopped whenever blue shirt froze or went 100% into a defensive shell.
To everyone bashing for not having sparring etiquette. This is Dutch style sparring, it’s different from Muay Thai. The Dutch drew their inspiration from Kyokushin karate which is a hard style.
Dude, do you realize that you could have used any other description other than Lonsdale gloves to make it easier to identify who you are actually talking about?😅😅
From what I seen his partner turned it up a bit on the leg kicks and he kinda went in and the other dude kinda shut down but he still held back a lot and showed restraint but let him know what time it is. Nothing wrong with what done
Ik this is random but do you have any recommendations for balancing lifting and Muay Thai? I’m trying to build a split of lifting and Muay Thai but idk what is optimal. I’m currently trying to aim for lifting 6 days per week but I don’t feel that it is sustainable while trying to train Muay Thai. Any suggestions for how many days per week and what types of lifts? Thank you and love the content!🙏
Lift three days per week, max, and work on compound movements. Keep it basic and explosive with exercises like bench press, bicep curls, deadlifts (carefully though), rows, lat pulldowns, squats etc.
@@TheNaturalCause thank you, I was just doing some digging through the internet and found a 3 day per week split that includes most of these things. Appreciate the help brotha🙏
@@darelldoughboy8888 No problem man, remember that weights should primarily complement your martial arts training, not the other way around. A balanced weight lifting programme is fantastic for keeping your joints healthy and just overall increasing your explosive power and overall strength. :) Good luck!
Enjoyed watching, nice and high level of sparring. Sharing my thoughts @Siam Boxing...09:51, straight to the knee... That'a a nasty one, specially in sparring, could cause a lot of damage, not?
I found the first black guy’s skull to be very impressive. His first rd he was obviously flexing on that kid, but what was that walk-by move he did called? Slick things like that I’d like to implement. He seemed to be very loose and fluid overall
@@somewherexusa595 At 4:53 red shirt throws a high kick that blue shorts blocks with a high guard. From there looks like Red shirt fakes the high kick again a few times to draw up the guard. Red shirt then steps through (into orthodox) after faking the high kick and successfully draws up the guard. Gets control of the head and gloves. Pushes to his right, and sweeps out the standing leg(s). The height difference in this case really helped since he was able to clear both of his partner's legs lol.
Seems like everyone spars pretty controlled and respectful with each other except when they come up against blue shirt. I wonder if he's "that guy" of their gym, the one who always goes hard and you can never have a tech spar with. Either way he looks tough from some of the cracks he took here
This isnt sparring. They brawling. If these guys decided to go against someone with a little bit of more experience like this... The experienced guys would F them up for disrespect like this. REALITY check. And the first guys ego.. Throwing hard uppercuts against someone who is clearly a beginner and Literally kicked him out of the training space against the huge speakers and started celebrating...🤦♂️🤦♂️ nothing against Siam Boxing though. Good content.
The first round is pure ego, why are you celebrating and showboating the only person whose time you're wasting is your own sparring people who aren't on your level yet
First guy saw an opportunity to "look cool on camera" and he took it at the expense of his sparring partner. Instead he just looked like a clown. If you are fighting like that against someone of a similar skill level then that would have been dope, but flexing on a smaller, less skilled opponent is a crappy personality trait.
Hate guys like the black guy in first clip. Clearly levels above his sparring partner and just absolutely going to town on him. Needs teaching a lesson from someone levels above him
From Spar Wars to SweatBox, Siam never disappoints.
Red shirt is a freak of nature. On top of that, he dialed into his partners’ skill levels perfectly. What a blessing to spar with that guy.
I was thinking the same thing. Would love to spar with him.
No respect
Damn straight red shirt has good control he will become a great trainer after his fighting has ended🤟👍
he was taking the piss out of his opponent 😂
Agreed, the 5 consecutive right hand uppercuts had me dying tho around 5:17 😂

Yepp the black guy in the beginnng was a bully for sure
I'm usually that blue guy haha I feel his pain haha
He’s so respectful in the other fights, maybe the kid wanted to spar hard and he humbled him
@@MRJTD99guy in red is most skilled, he was able to match his opponent, give them opportunities to land shots and didn’t punish all their openings
No lie, man in the first round with the black and red had so sick combos but bra was going to hard on the boy
You can tell the guy he was facing wasn’t as experienced as he was
Yep this guy isn’t on a level for sparring he’s just trying to flex and hitting far too hard. Not at all impressed.
yep, some dumbass
@@poorditor Jesus christ mate its a contact sport he wasn't hitting too hard if he was hitting too hard the kid would be wincing in pain

Tbh that kid didn’t look like he was just a beginner, also he threw a hard leg kick and hard high kick first. Probably triggered the red shorts.
My thoughts exactly

Yeah dude was a douche for that, but he seemed to be the nail with the next guy that he sparred. That was nice to see
Looked like fair play to me, he wasn't loading up or throwing everything into it imo
You guys really found your lane with these sparing videos great job as usual
Thanks 👍
Looking forward to seeing turquoise shirt grow. When he’s outclassed, he shells, but his technique is solid.
Looks intense
it was pretty intense and quite a variety in styles some are mma fighters, k1, muay thai ...
What did the guy in blue do to y'all? Everyone is trying to bag him!
Had no clue a guy with a black shirt was a taekwondo
because he is white 😄
One of the best spar videos i have seen

The guy with the neon yellow gloves has a beautiful style of mixing hands and kicks!
This was 🔥🔥 will be watching over and over again!
More of this kind please!!
You got it!
amazing content as usual!
thank you very much
The guy in the Lonsdale gloves has a real controlled efficient slick style
agreed. thanks for watching man
The guy with red gloves I have to agree very controlled
Dude, do you realize that you could have used any other description other than Lonsdale gloves to make it easier to identify who you are actually talking about?😅😅
Im very supriced ure the only one pointing that out....the balance and precision in his movement is insane, flawless. Who is he?
Liked how they go very hard on eachothers but they still laugh and have such a good spirit❤
All had solid technique and control. Intensity was at an all time high in some of the match ups.
glad you enjoyed the video. thanks
Unbelievable speed and technique! Amazing!
Thank you very much!
This first black dude should take a chill pill, what the hell was that
"Camera is on , now is my time to shine" 😂
👍
Egos should be left at the door

At 11:33 dude in red literally bends his leg backwards to avoid a kick dude is a specimen
It almost grossed me out watching in half speed.
Great sparring at this gym. 🥊
thanks for watching
Red t shirt is perfect boy for sparring , soft humble but killer
This trainer has his boys working well🤟
Nice Vid mate
Thanks for watching
I am not a big fan of hard sparring sessions, they toughen you up but the amount of damage they cause is not warranted
and knock a lesser skilled opponent ( half his weight ) from gaining confidence.
Dude in red shirt has crazy sweep game
yes too slick
3:14 anyone notice how the big black dude in red pushes the kid so he doesnt knock into the other lads 🤣 guy is gold man
Muay Thai really works I asked my daughter to learn Muay Thai.😊
Playing catch up here... The lad in the blue shirt took it like a champ
whats the name of the black guy with the green gloves?
Sweatbox is a great place!!!
great concentration
Thanks for watching
First guy is a bully.
Guy in red is amazing.
Guy in blue wasn't having a good day.
Great effort from everybody.
That sweep at 4:55 was effortless.
poetry in motion
