a friendly get together with some old friends.
Maybe he trained with Seanchai.
He is also the biggest guy. Sparring smaller guys that are fast forces you to go fast too. You just have to try harder to pull your strikes right before impact.
I like watching them have fun and being playful. Especially acknowledging good head shots. Taking hits to the head is always gonna be bad and I hate seeing people getting hit too hard in training or getting hit lightly and walking through it like it wouldn’t have just laid them out flat if their partner wasn’t being a decent person.

I love these videos so much, I quit training because I got injured and disclocated my shoulder, went back but disclocated it twice doing pads, so I decided to give up on my dream sadly, but watching stuff like this always bring me a smile.

You were probably doing something wrong or something was up with your body cause normal people don't dislocate their shoulder by hitting pads. Sorry tho it happened.
@@Samuel-sg2iv yeah my shoulder got fucked, literally dislocated itself if i layed in bed to fast, think i dislocated it like 10 times in a year maybe, but no operation for me, doctors saying im to young lmao
@@diskokulan4206 Yeah that sounds awful sorry you have to deal with that. i hope you can get it fixed. i have a shortened achilles tendon, it's kinda bad on my left foot so it's a little hard to do deadlifts. but weirdly it helps in my striking cause i'm always on the balls of my feet lol.

Only issue I have with these videos is now I want to train and spar but there's no one to spar with and nowhere to spar! So excellent motivation but now I'm full of fire but nothing to burn!

@@SiamBoxing took my frustration out by logging into your site and ordering a hoodie instead! Kids are asleep so can't hit the bag and a loud oooweee might wake the street up! So instead a bit of retail therapy done the trick :)

It was unreal, I think im gonna ask my friend for lessons, Garret Smylie( Belfast) , he fights in yokkao, be nice to be able to defend myself a little.
Bendon vs Celtic was my kind of round. Playful but still sharp and technical. The round at the start was just a straight up brawl

alot of old training partners re uniting over the xmas period what better way to see old friends in the gym having a punch up haha.
There is nothgin more fun than hard sparring but it should be occasional and between people who know each other. Otherwise the injuries might impair one's health and one's training to much or too often.

Might be a dumb question but what size gloves are you all using to spar here?
Nice sparring . At my gym we have only runners , like to hit and run away. We have no ring and sometimes I follow across the entire gym the guy and I`m like come on man, a 20% punch won`t damage you.
