You are strong, remember that your mind is stronger than everything, so practice ways to cure what you can with thoughts, manifestation and positive energy. So your way through this becomes easier, happier and it might even cure you faster, I believe you can control many aspects of your body with your mind (it takes time, believing and practice)

Treatment has improved a lot. I hope your treatments go well. a friend of mine recommended a healer and caster for me, she helped me out.

Hey Leah first of all I love this video it made me feel a little bit less stressed from my school work. This coming week is packed with events I have to go to and going to school early and afterschool to work on my chemistry work. So honestly I'm feeling quite terrified about whats going to happen. But whats been getting me through this also craxy weekend studying for a chem test test is taking things one at a time so that's what I'm going to do this week.Thank you for this beautiful video love :)

Oh my gosh the way I paused watching this video weeks ago for no reason, came back to it, and Rowena mentioned the part of herself that has held her back from being a good friend/having friends was so current for me. Thank you Rowena! I feel like I can put more intention and really see that wall of mine that is up that is preventing me from making deep connections with people. I have had this wall up to protect myself for so long I didn't realize it is now hurting me more than it is protecting me.

Re: perfectionism, self-critique and judgement, I find the thought "my life is not a problem to be solved" very helpful. Gosh I love these. It just feels so good to hear other women speak the same insecurities I feel all the time. I wish I had people in my life that are willing to access this sort of vulnerability with me on the regular. I feel like this sleepover series will be studied in the future in women’s studies. A bit of friendly advise to all those who think little of themself...It's great people want to be better with themselves or anything. Does it need to be public? Who is delivering this message?? It's not about how you look to others or making efforts of pointing out to others a so called flaw (weather it be true or not or maybe it's alright to be that way) or self-critizing in an attempt to fit in, look like an empathetic, un-remarkable person when you truly are remarkable. This type of manipulation is a "weaponization of empathy" either to one self or others and is toxic and prevents great things in people. Be careful of the path your going down and who(all those who are) exactly is leading you.....
