Hey Kevin, how do you contact expired listings using the phone from the MLS? Do you cross-reference the do not call registry? Obviously some MLS have rules you cant use the info from the MLS and have to find it yourself so wheres a good place to pull it from?

Hi kevin this is helpful. I just wanted to know if you know some companies who pull out old expireds. Since 2008?
REDX can pull old expireds - they don't even charge extra for it

Kevin, Do you know much about Vulcan 7? I was looking at them and also considering Redx.
I have spent months researching into how to find callers Id and found a great resource at Reverse Phone Tactic (check it out on google)
This video could have been much shorter...and would have been better shorter.
