Being in the top 1% of realtors means that you make over 400K/year in GCI. And for you to do that, (if the average commission check is 8k) you’d have to sell about 50 homes/year or 1 home a week.

Kevin i hope one day you'll read this, but I'm just starting in real state, and with some few of your videos I've watched you just save me years of time and frustation, because your lesson nor only applies for real state but also for the life itself, i just realized that i couldn't never be 1% and even not in the 10% of real state agents because is not my purpose in life but i can be in the 1% of successful Traders. What systems are needed
In regards to your comments about Real Estate commissions, Zillow has been offering a 1% commission to list a home, can you address this new reality of cut throat commissions from Zillow in one of your future videos. Seems they are doing everything they can to drive us out of business.

This ain’t great advice. It’s just him saying in a bunch of unnecessary sentences “ if u want to be top one percent then you have to be a really elite realtor”. Like no duh, it’s just facts that are obvious to individuals. A video showing steps that are unknown to most people on how to be apart of the one percent would have been more helpful in my opinion.

Those realtors earned millions and accumulated more debts than what they earned. During covid evwrything they bought isbubder water and they are illiquid.
You’re confusing terms. A Realtor helps someone else buy and sell a property. They don’t own the property. They don’t incur debt. So they have no property to be underwater or illiquid on.
I think you’re thinking of real estate investors. Not realtors.
