    INGREDIENTS
4 center cut pork loin chops, (at least 1 inch thick)
2 Tablespoons Hey Grill Hey Signature Sweet Rub
    2 Tablespoons olive oil
    INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees F. I prefer to use apple when smoking pork, but any fruit woods, maple, or pecan will also taste great with these pork chops.
Drizzle olive oil on all sides of the pork chops.
Evenly season pork chops on all sides with my sweet rub. The thicker your chops are, the more liberally you can season.
Place the chops on the smoker, close the lid, and cook until the internal temperature of the chops reads 145 degrees F. This process can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes, depending on how thick your pork chops are.
Remove the chops from the smoker. Place on a plate and tent with foil. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot as-is or with a side of applesauce or your favorite BBQ sauce.

I'm very happy to have stumbled upon your channel! I have been smoking and grilling for over 15 years, But recently I have taken a more serious approach to it and have been spending a lot of time on TH-cam surfing through channels on Bbq. I really like the fact that you are willing to share your recipes and not just plug them to sell. And because of that I am going to start buying your products! Thank you!

Yes, I am doing the same -- meaning, I am learning by watching YTers. Because, for us, prices are skyrocketing to eat out in early 2024, and it's not possible to spend $20/25 per person eating out. So, we are going to master how to cook things at home and cut all the Middle-Men and do it ourselves, saving that precious money.

I smoked 4 of these tonight that was over an inch thick. My guest raved over them. Best pork chops ever. Sided the chops with my grilled granny smith rings cut to about 1/2 inch thick grilled on both sides with the same sweet rub with a little extra dark brown sugar added. It was a big hot with the chops.

This looks incredible. We are gonna try these this week, because Beef is becoming so expensive. So, I want other ways to try and cook new things. Thank you for sharing these recipes and ideas, because the days of $ 1.99/pound brisket or sales of 99-cent/pound brisket might be gone. Best has been around last holiday. And, we can't afford $ 5.49 for the higher grade brisket prices. That's why we are learning from TH-camrs (like you and others). Because, for us, prices are skyrocketing to eat out in early 2024, and it's not possible to spend $20/25 per person eating out. So, we are going to master how to cook things at home and cut all the Middle-Men and do it ourselves, saving that precious money.

Hey Susie, love your videos. I’ve become a meat smoker since the quarantine started. I don’t have a conventional smoker, so I’ve turned my Weber 22 in kettle into a smoker. I used your pork shoulder recipe this weekend and the whole family enjoyed them. Keep up the good smoking. I do have a question: What is a inexpensive smoker you’d recommend to some like myself. #HeyGrillHey
