  • In this video I'm going to show you how to BBQ smoke pork chops on a pellet grill (Im using the Lexington pit boss 500). These Barbecue pork chops are juicy and tender with a balanced savory flavor and a slight smoky finish. We will be barbecuing these chops at 225° low and slow to keep them juicy and tender as they come up to temp. But the secret
    is brining your pork chops overnight. This gives the chops a depth of flavor that pairs well with the bbq rub and smoky flavor. In the BBQ rub I'm testing out I used Dill Weed and just the combo of the flavors did these chops right!

    • @kenyonparker435
      @kenyonparker435 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah man you know they often have much more benefits when it comes to health but also they're very easy to grow and you find yourself putting herbs in just about everything now it's been a while so I forgot how herbs taste but just having them you can like take a nibble of them and see you know and start just really experimenting with herbs I used to have a little arrow grow but I also hate I wanted to I don't I know I was listening to the guidelines and you know I have a channel on Facebook that I would like for you to join

    I got the kc combo pitboss an im.smoking some chops today for the first time. So how long should I smoke about 20 choos at a time? Should 8 raise the emp to 250 or 275

    • @CookingwithManualFocus
      @CookingwithManualFocus  ปีที่แล้ว

      At 225 it took about 2.5 to 3hrs however with the heat of summer these may cook a little faster. But definetly bumping the temp will reduce that cook time. Either 250-275 would work, you are in the sweet spot for smoking. If time is an issue go 275 if not go 250.
