    In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.     Loyalty can come in many different ways. I find that when I see how a brands "customer service" is aka their attitude it makes me want to stay or go. Online I've also experienced the same. Brands need to connect with their customers. Before with just TV their was not a great way to track and tell how your customers reacted. Now we have tons of tools online to help track online commerce. Even the biggest brands never respond to comments or videos I've put out about them.
