1: Front raise - back side of the shoulders, romboids, Latissimus Dorsi 2: standing, bent row - side back, Latissimus Dorsi, (triceps) 3: standing, bent side raise - upper back, trapezius, shoulders 4: Front raise again 5: side raise - shouler deltoids and lower chest 6: biceps curl - biceps and lower arm 7: standing upright row - front side of the shoulders, trapezius 8: (not sure about the name, maybe Lat pull down?) - rotators of the shoulders - very underrated muscles 9: row, arms in lower position (idk the name) - Latissimus Dorsi. (if you pull up your elbows to 30-45 degree angle it is for the romboids, up to 75-90 angle for trapezius) 10: lying back extension - spine strengthening muscles, especially in the lower back
Cheaper, versatile, tooks lesser space, pulls not just downwards therefore helps a lot the rotators which are not that easy to target with the weights (possibel, just not that easy).
If you could name the exercises and what they target please, and maybe which band your using? Unless that doesn’t matter.
