Well nobody denied biology, the person in the video gladly accepts that he was assigned female at birth, and that's sex, and he believes he was born into the wrong body (I read somewhere that taking an MRI scan of a trans person the brain is more similar to what the transperson claims their gender is than their assigned sex) so... I guess they do their best with what they have to perceive themselves in a way they're comfortable with and that includes surgery.... That's how I see it but I can't really speak for trans people as a cis person myself, but that's what I have understood from talking to several people
Just accept the way you are...body is delicate and life is short...unless you are born with a complication...it's a totally different story..but complicating it on purpose is..need awareness and guidance. Lucky you. Sad for me. I've just turned 36 and I'm still stuck in this body with boobs. I feel the same way, I never want my bust to be visible - makes me look girlie and I do not look like one. It's like I'm a man stuck in a woman's body... 😢 Most of my love relationships had to end since we're not accepted in this society. It disheartened me as I feel that I have no right to love, be loved and start a family of my own (like any normal/straight people) with the woman I want to be with.

Well nobody denied biology, the person in the video gladly accepts that he was assigned female at birth, and that's sex, and he believes he was born into the wrong body (I read somewhere that taking an MRI scan of a trans person the brain is more similar to what the transperson claims their gender is than their assigned sex) so... I guess they do their best with what they have to perceive themselves in a way they're comfortable with and that includes surgery.... That's how I see it but I can't really speak for trans people as a cis person myself, but that's what I have understood from talking to several people
