Wow, what an amazing interview.
I am retired Boeing Aerospace Management and Sue is over 50 years Labor & Delivery RN with a major healthcare chain.
Within the past few months Sue has moved close enough to retirement to start serious research for a permanent residency and second citizenship.
What are we looking for in environment? My son is a builder in Maui and lost his second home one row off the beach in the Lahaina fire. But seeing the Maui area before the fire, that is the type of community desired, except outside the USA.
We have been researching all over Europe which we loved from our visits before CoVid. Then closer to home in Central and South America. At some point Mexico rose to the top for serious consideration with blazing speed. Within a few days, Cabo came out of nowhere be in a top 5 on our high interest list.
Andy and Sara Price's sincerity comes across clearly and touches hearts. Their relaxed delivery was so captivating that it felt more like listening to family than an interview. And for us, being a combined family with 15 young adults, over 40 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, that is not a feel that is easy to duplicate.
Cabo is now at the top of the ‘You have to check out this location in person’ list.

Sounds like a nightmare
Wow this is certainly not the Norm in Cabo, my home was started in April 22, 2022 and we are praying for mid summer close. Our Budget has tripled from what we were quoted. Many of the trades in MEXICO were not licensed, we had to have our electrical work redone twice. We purchased a Generac generator to backup our solar system, but could not find anyone to0 come out an install it. Cabo Gen never answered the phone. It short if your building, you need to have boots on the ground. Our builder used our money to build another house. We have heard many horror stories, so we are not complaining.
I am sorry you had that experience. I have been doing this for 14 years and I have a litany of these stories. My clients are fans of Del Mar Development, Villas Del Mar and Espiritu
