I think it’s wholesome that Barry more or less enjoys the fact that Wally is faster and generally has no hard feelings. The main difference is that Wally is mainlining the speed force but Barry is the only speedster that can run in a universe without the speed force. Both of them have strong and unique connection to the speed force which I think should be explored more
Originally Barry Allen was brought back as the sole generator of the speed force, as well as the living embodiment of the speed force from which all of time and motion in the multiverse derived from, meant that any given features greatest potential speed is limited to Barry Allen's power. So halfway through the reboot of The New 52, they decided to make it so that for some reason now every speedster has the ability to generate speed force energy, which also breaks the Rules of them needing speed force to get their powers from. It worked with Barry Allen because his powers were basically just being drained by everyone else, which helps to keep him from being too power crept, but with the new continuity, technically every speedster should be stuck in their own dimension. Like the speed force itself the way Barry Allen did when he became the very speed force itself the brought the multiverse and all of time itself, which results in Barry Allen getting his powers in the past to begin with. In short, Barry Allen had the most original power out of every speedster, but his powers were retconned halfway through the third reboots because they wanted while they West to be faster and being able to steal other people's speed wouldn't be enough to legitimately be faster than Barry Allen without being the exact same speed, so now every speaker's power basically works the same and almost all originality has been taken away. "Bartholomew Henry (Berry) Allen" Barry Allen was supposed to be the fastest man alive from which all speakers actually get the power from as well as time itself throughout time and space in the entire DC multiverse, well also having the ability to speed everything up around him which allowed him to slow down enough so that he wouldn't destroy the entire fabric of time and space throughout the DC multiverse by accident again. "Wallace (Wally) Rudolph West" All the West was supposed to have the strongest connection to Barry Allen as the speed force incarnate who thought of him as closest thing he ever had to a son, on top of having full control over the speed force itself to be able to make solid constructs almost like a Green lantern. As well as temporarily giving other people speedster powers. "Bartholomew (Bart) Henry Allen the second" Bart Allen was supposed to be an extension of Barry Allen's power, but with the added benefit of not being forced to slow down and still being able to steal speed the way that's Max Mercury and Wally West did and that Jay Garrick ended up learning to. But the side effects was basically having a much more hyperactive mind, which basically forced him to grow up faster with the immaturity of a child, call his body would age rapidly without being sets off from his own timeline, meaning he would still be a child in a teenager or adult body. "Jason (Jay) Peter Garrick" Jay Garrick was supposed to just be a metahuman with super sweet powers who just so happened to be able to naturally use the speed force to run even faster than likes, meaning even without the speed for she could still run at the speed of light. "Donald (Don) Henry Allen" & "Danna (Dawn) Allen" The tornado twins were the slowest speedsters connected to the speed force, but because of how they work together as a team they've also become much more resourceful in how they use their abilities. So the way they conduct themselves is actually what makes them unique as opposed to the powers by themselves. {And if I remember correctly, Donna Allen actually ended up having her body replaced with a speed force construct to save her life, but it was never dived into all that much. Most people just assume that she became the speed force itself (which Barry Allen already was) and became the fastest speedster because of the misconception} "Iris (Ire) West II" And "Jai Rudolph West" They basically have the same Powers as Don and Dawn Allen, but they are just more powerful and less creative with the use of their powers as the tornado twins. So they're basically just normal hyperactive children in the speedster universe. I don't remember what special abilities Jace Allen and his son Blaze Allen had. I think Blaze Allen actually had fire instead of lightning and could manipulate fire and use it as an energy source similar to the way most visitors use the speed force. But I could also just be thinking of another speedster with a power similar to that description.

He technically doesn't, he is given the moniker of the fastest flash but both of them have shown equal speed capabilities, and if you follow the blueshift head canon of Brett Booth (yes it's his head canon for new 52 flash because he isn't the writer for new 52 and it doesnt even fit his original creation lol) then both Barry and wally have achieved blue lightning. White lightning doesn't really have an exact meaning in the blueshift ranking and is mentioned as being generated when speeding up time which all speedsters are capable of, so there ya go.

He technically doesn't, he is given the moniker of the fastest flash but both of them have shown equal speed capabilities, and if you follow the blueshift head canon of Brett Booth (yes it's his head canon for new 52 flash because he isn't the writer for new 52 and it doesnt even fit his original creation lol) then both Barry and wally have achieved blue lightning. White lightning doesn't really have an exact meaning in the blueshift ranking and is mentioned as being generated when speeding up time which all speedsters are capable of, so there ya go.

Then how come he couldn’t blitz an alternate version of Barry and he struggled to beat this alternate version of Barry in flash forward the same comic where he was stated to be the fastest being in the multiverse and he needed Roy Harper’s help to beat this alternate version of Barry lol. Barry also kept up with him in flash war and Wally only outran him later in the comic because Barry was holding back more than he usually does since he was trying to talk to Wally and reason with him while Wally wasn’t holding back that much since he was literally almost breaking the multiverse with his speed and he was angry and getting mad at Barry.
Ik some of us would wish Baryy to regain his title as the fastest men alive but, Wally has the powers of Dr manahatan.
