Not in Texas. They told my friends baby daddy he wouldn’t get out of child support until some other man adopted the child. ETA he was going to give up his rights because he doesn’t have any interest in their child, but when the state said he had to keep paying he decided his rights and just never actually see or talk to the child.

Paying child support for children that in some cases they have custody of, and in other cases that they desperately want to be a parent to, but the mother and the court are not allowing him. A single woman I know made a verbal agreement with a single male friend to get her pregnant with no responsibility for the child, just the donated sperm. Everything went swimmingly until she took him to court for child support when he married someone else! He denied the baby and lost the case. Eighteen years of child support.
And this is why he should have said NO- ALL possibility of this type of agreement being broken should ALWAYS involve written confirmation, with a notary seal, and a third party witness signature.

I had questions. I've never heard of "unnatural" sperm. It must be free from additives and antibiotics. Unless she meant they will not be freezing the sperm and she wants to conceive naturally or the old fashioned way. But some people don't get pregnant on the first try. She might as well be honest and say she wants someone to hook up with that'll get her pregnant. But will not be a part of the child's life and still pay child support.
