Watching this because it's on my list of games on board game arena that I want to learn and play. I've read the rules but if I want to get an impression of the flow of a game, Rahdo's channel is always the first place to go to :)
Wow this video is packed so full of information! Watched no BS rules. Then read rule book. Tried it but just couldn’t get it to make sense all together. This video REALLY pulls everything together. And I love how you add all of the commenters about the different possible choices and outcomes. Also you speak so fast but so clearly! Lots of info in such a short time. Really appreciate it. Thanks so much!!
actually he's got a much wider range that most assume... he's just always hired to do his iconic cartooney style. but if you check out the cover art for Mercator, that was done by him as well in a very different style :) boardgamegeek.com/image/875112/merkator?size=original
11:09 this is very weird. The tiles are there but you can't use them? The clouds are just too pale to visualy indicate this restriction. I think it could've been a better idea to just add a frame to the board with the additional tiles for higher player counts.
the clouds are there, and there's also a dark outline seperating them along the hex lines. these are definitely noticeable when you're sitting at the table, but if it's a problem, the game comes with so many contract tiles, you can use a bunch of them to further visually cut off the edges :)

So happy you got an opportunity to check this game out. Still very happy I backed. Off to work. Watch other two vids later.
The pieces representing bread are rather adorable. :)
I've been looking forward to this video!! Going to watch it when i'm home later for sure.
Thanks For the video, I will be playing this game in the next few weeks.
Really looking forward to playing this. It's in the post and on its way...
Great gameplay video thanks a bunch! Cool ring btw
thanks, my wife designed it back when she was a professional jewelry maker :)
What?! No Armstrong clan? I can't buy this anymore... kidding, it looks terrific. Thank you Richard for the runthrough.
I suppose it could just be the theme, but the artwork reminds me a lot of Isle of Skye.
same artist :)
rahdo Well that makes a lot of sense.
Kotie Erwee Klemens Franz has a very limited registry, but on the other hand he makes one of the clearest and most practical boards and icon designs.

@@rahdo wow, I would never have guessed that Klemens did that cover! Mind blown 🤯
I tried to back this on Kickstarter but sadly didn't have enough time :( is the late pledge a viable option ?
that's why they had me do the video now while you can still pre-order/late pledge

There is a preorder link in the description of the vídeo.
very much appreciated guys
Strange complaint, but why is it "Sale" rather than "Sell"? IT MAKES NO SENSE!
perhaps it's a scottish thing?
The scotch must flow

If the clouds are not visible enough for you you can simply put some neutral player tokens on the edge during setup.
8:12 This game has micro transactions!? No not board games now too!
Venison is Deer... not Lamb..
Mutton?
J Young - Mutton is adult sheep, lamb is young sheep. Source: my family raised sheep. :)
Harry Armstrong Ah, thought so...thanks.
yup, i knew that, not sure why i misspoke. bad brain!
rahdo Dude, you've got enough on your mind doing the run through...your brain gets a pass!!
