Gotts give them credit the moza r16 has some good ffb. Feels more towards asetek now in details. Still not that level but close enough. I will say at 800 im stickingbwith my dd+ at 15nm of holding torque. Its just the dd+ is now at the level of simucube and asetek with detail and quality clean polished feel. It was so good it replaced my simagic alpha. Also yes on units like this moza, the dd+ and asetek you need the dampening up a little bit. Slew rate is higher and oscillations cam come into play. Also notches on these bases which all have its the magnets. Some less then others. Me idc about that all of these are smooth enough. I care about feel. I care about vibrations and sll of that so for me i wsnt to feel the base. Some want to feel nothing snd go oh the bade makes noise omg the baee is virbsting why do i hesr the vibrations then turn things down and then complain domething is lacking hshs. Im like you expect to not hear going over a curb and feel those sensations through the wheel yet not hesr it what so ever with the sound of your display off? Judt means what you hear you feel. When I say hear I mean very lightly nothing heavy or loud.

I got r21 with the fsr wheel, and I wouldnt mind springing for an ES wheel if it would work with my r21. which clearly is working with your r16.
Thing is a beast. End game type wheelbase. What I like is that any extra peripherals you need or want can be plugged into the back, saving your USB ports for other thing.
As far as I know Fanatec hasn't listed the peak torque of the CS DD or DD+. The DD has a holding torque of 12NM, but that's different than peak torque.
I hate this newton meter arms race. Real cars are often less than 6nm, these wheel aren't getting more realistic, especially since almost all race cars these days have power steering. I would rather people judge by how it feels and tech like True Force but to most bigger number = better.
Race cars are usually around 12 - 20+ nm and with power steering failure can end up near the 40's, so if you take the lowest of 12nm you'd want a 16nm wheel so you have headroom when peak torque hits to stop you losing ffb. thats why wheel bases have high nm.

You need to do calibration in moza pit house to make it smooth. Also to get rid of oscilation you can down a bit ffb curve in 0-10% range

Moza is interesting, would be a nice option for PS users if there was wheel compatible.

It's about wheel speed to provide you feedback rather than torque, you can feel car under/oversteer faster and have better control
