    Solid routine -- especially handy for all of us not able to play right now with the COVID situation. Nice work!

    Nice work out. Not too complex and quite accessible so the kids ( like my son) will actually do it. The progression in reps is a nice addition too. In time, it would be good to see some additions to this with some additional ball handling and then specific moves, combinations and how to integrate them into your workout. Would love to see you do something on finishing and counters too.
    Well done and keep up the good work!

      Getting comfortable with the ball (ballhandling) and improving footwork does wonders for confidence. This is a great place to start! More videos coming soon.

    What do you recommend doing during the rest days for your handles?

    • @OneUpBasketball
      @OneUpBasketball  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I would actually recommend some shooting on your off days. I'll be sending a new shooting workout next week. If you can't get to a hoop because your stuck inside, some form shooting from a chair is a good thing to do at home... Focus on good technique, hold the follow through, ball should have some back spin coming off hand. Then if you're in the garage maybe you shoot to a spot on the wall. If in the house, maybe shoot to a spot on floor or back to yourself. You'll have to experiment to find out what works depending on the space and ceiling height in your home. For handles, I'll be releasing more videos in a few weeks.

    Hey a question for the lateral slides, is one rep left to right then come back for 1 rep or is 1 rep just left to right and is a rep already?
