Hey I’m bout to move back to Brooklyn and been watching vlogs on house hunting. Girl when I tell you NY is different when it comes to renting I knew nothing of cause I was a kid living with my parents. I own a house in PA and it’s like trying to get another house but it’s not yours smfh. Thank you for this because I have a budget too because I still have mortgage to pay due to my parents still living in PA to look over the house. I don’t want nothing over 4500 and honestly then broker fees are a joke smfh. Where are the housing offices lol
