It's a nice house, but it has no pop. I think the flooring killed it for me. Very bland. The lot was very beautiful. I'd hate to replace the concrete lane down the road $$$ Thank you for the tour.
@@jamesmaccari9128 hello James and thank you for watching the tour and supporting the channel. I agree, this one did need something to give it a pop. Perhaps it was the decor they used that gave it somewhat of an office/model look? The lots in this area are very spacious and the homes are beautiful as well. I agree that replacing a driveway of that length may be quite costly in the future. I liked the large lanai on this one. Was there at least one feature of the home that caught your attention?
@@lucyahmad1236 I understand. Unfortunately that is how the market is as you near Orlando. However, for the lot size and features of the home, it’s better than what you pay higher prices for in Orlando. What price point would you like to see home tours for? I’d be happy to find and film them for you.
Not big into the total design. Master bedroom is definitely nice, albeit the bathroom should be closed off. Can't understand the whole thing about a water room for the toilet these days, definitely dumb IMO. The lanai is nice, but as usual no screening, it's Florida people. I would have definitely opted for a bigger washroom, the front office area was fine, however the second one near the small kitchenette, could have been better used. Would have preferred some fencing for the property. Carpets in the rooms, definitely a no-go. No microwave is also an issue. For an asking price over $600k, is too much for less than 3,000sq ft.
@@jamesmaccari9128 I didn't know. my parents had Septic as we grew up and they expressed this. But then again they had 6 kids to feed. LOL and often had it vacuumed
@nancymcclain2533 6 kids will put a hurting on anything 😆 I think city water and septic is a good setup in Florida. I can see a house with two people going 5 years with bo issues. Good luck !
@@dinowarrior2167 hello and thank you for your feedback. There are a lot of folks that would like natural gas. We would have to find one for you in an area that provides that feature. This one is just not for you. What areas interest you the most. I’d be happy to do tours of homes in those areas.

It's a beautiful house it's just a little bit too high for me

Septic? Do you know how much that costs each time? It's nice but not 600k OK. But that's me
@nancymcclain2533
I just did mine in MD. for $225. I only do it every three years. It's 25 years old, and the septic said it looks new. Not an issue.

665k😂😂😂 right.
Sorry but that house is not what I would call a great deal. If it has no natural gas then it is a no go for me.
