Hello and welcome back to the channel. To get a rough estimate of what your property taxes will be you would have to multiply the property value by the taxes that pertain to the county. I always use 1.1% to be conservative. In this case multiply the $799,000 by the 1.1%. (Roughly $8,000 and some change) if you homestead the home, you can have some discounts towards those taxes and protections towards your property. This is considered zone x, so not a flood zone. You shouldn’t be required to have flood insurance, but that is to the discretion of the home owner insurance provider. Costs for insurance may vary due to the insurance provider, coverage selection, amongst other criteria’s.

Good questions. Lot size of 1.2 acres is usually a 5 home area in most non HOA communities. I say insurance and property taxes would be higher than other homes in Florida. 800k price is too steep for most people.

Nothing special nor unquie about how it's built. Carpet is outdated, the master bath and pantry is way too small. No second floor nor basement. It's not worth the price at all. Asking for half a million is ridiculous. Nothing is a wow factor about the house but the price man. Not even the property. Lol

Tbh... mid 300's. 400k max. Half a million people are looking for wow factors something entertaining and they can enjoy. This home has a lot of things you'll get tired of fast and want to change. Looks like a normal simply built home, not on much property. Most of the land is in the front where it should have been in the back for enjoyment.

Is that area a flood zone or what

This is a GREAT house! I like the way the builder finishes the spaces: window ledges, gutters, fans, racks in the closets, tile to the top, oven upgrade, 42" cabinets. WINNER! Unfortunately, the floorplan won't work for my family because I need a formal dining room and 3 car. If I were a realtor, I would try and sell with this builder all the time. Even the views outside of the windows on this property are gorgeous!

This same model has been priorices and sold at the $350,000 range. This one may be around the same price, but it’s not definite.

The upside is that you can find many options without carpet and fans included within this area at similar price point or less.

@@deepcow hello Peter and welcome to the channel. I appreciate you watching the tour. I can understand your concern. This area is usually on septic and you won’t see storm drains along the roads. However, this area is designed zone X making it a non flood zone. They do have water runoffs made in different areas within the community in case of prolonged downpours. The pool was CLEAN and looked like it was redone. A 12ft tree would complete the look of that great room, especially with that fire place.
