Hey @Glock9! Instead of changing the horde night to every 5 days I have a suggestion, take it or leave it. How about each time you move to the next trader/biome you add an extra tier 6 job. Next biome, two tier 6, next biome 3 tier 6 and so on. Each biome will get increasingly difficult and it will also make it harder to prep for the horde as you progress.
Right? Lol I usually have his videos on in the background. I'm so glad he did that big music thing with the bike so it grabbed my attention and i heard him start the story
My cousin is a Jr., and when his father passed away, he had to deal with a lot of different places thinking they were the same person. Ergo, he was 30 years older than he is! 🤷🏼♂️😂
You should be able to take ONE stack of each item, whatever you want, your weapons (cause it's cool to see other weapons used), work benches, and vehicles.
You are the reason I bought this game shortly after you came across my TH-cam Recommended. Last Episode I learned while watching how to lock inv spots! Still learning things from watching your vids. Love the content.
The cremation bit was funny. I've been watching you, Glock, for 3 years now. It's always good to come back to a good ole 7 days Glock9 episode and enjoy the comedy, watch a bad ass player, and even learn new things about to game or updates to the game. It's amazing to see you still uploading new content. Finding new ways to play the game and changing the difficulties. I'm impressed. Keep it up, a fan is really rooting for you.
love this idea for a playthrough. As far as what to take with you.... if we want to make it extra challenging, keep your work benches and ammo. Keep your current vehicle...until you get to the next location where it " breaks down" and you have to make the next. Weapons.... keep one melee and one ranged, loose the others. BUT when it comes time to make the next move, you cant keep the same ones. The durability has wore out ( if you want a "Immersive" reason) Slows it down maybe a little and forces you to use all the tools at your disposal .
I collected thousands of Commando war comic books when I was a youngun. 43 years ago I joined the Army and my old man thought it was a good idea to clean my old room out and claim it for his own. A lot of collectors items went into the bin that day, still frowny to this day. Thanks Glock, cheers man.
When I moved out for university 15 years ago my mother did the same. I lost a pristine Nintendo with the original Duck Hunt and light gun amongst other irreplaceable items, absolutely heartbroken. She said "ah but it was old, sure they're not trendy any more"
My middle name is my grandmother's first name and we have the same last name. I am constantly getting shit meant for her lol. I have also gotten letters from AARP and I am just like "She's dead guys, you're a little late for that" 😂😂😂
@@qwoeppel There's a few that are pretty cool, but yeah, comparing those to the latest Fun Pimp ones are realize that they actually do have some pretty talented people who work for them.
yeah when i saw the whiterun name i was so excited to see it but it was so bland and small and bad. they could of done it on a mountain or at least make the builds more accurate. so sad.
This series is great already. Honestly I think this would be a great series to crossover with a houseflipper and make a role player apocalypse hideaway
I'll be perfectly honest, at day 7000+ and your current level, I kind of expected every single zombie you encounter to be irradiated. Or at least a runner.
I've played a few games at max level, but not day 7k, and that was always my experience. Irradiated wights roaming the streets and everything. I wasn't playing with mods and idk if that changes anything, but yeah usually I feel like there are cops, wights, and rads all over.
I'd say you can carry items on your tool bar. Which to be fair is basically your armours, coin, workbench, forge, cement mixer, chem station. Maybe wood as well, because what, you gonna go visit Jen without wood? Though maybe you have to use a new melee weapon every biome? So no clubs in the next one!
1. Eat everything you have vefore moving out :D 2. Also take 1-2 new weapons (maybe w/o ammo if its too OP), or some ammo w/o guns. 3. Or only money, selling everyting that wasn't consumed already after first "step" :)
I've been a silent viewer for years, but I love all the videos. Trees in 7dtd will be replanted with you in my mind. Keep it up, the zombies don't die on their own :P
I like the idea of starting from scratch when you move on to keep things spicy. Also a series idea of “Underpowered” where you start on a high date while being level one and try to survive being behind like joining a server that’s been active for some time as a noob.
honestly i think the only thing you should be able to craft is a vehicle, making this kind of like a Lucky Looter+. everything but you vehicle workstation and dukes get left behind each move. you shoul to a die hard hoard one night. - make a gyrocopter fly it to the top of the Dishong tower and start the hoard on top of there and run your way down the whole tower, you don't need to clear the tower or fight the hoard, just get out safely.
recommendation... between biomes - only allowed to keep what fits in your hotbar. as to limit what u can take and so you cant take every tier 5 weapon, unless u dont want other stuff. and for next series or a challenge one. you start with only hotbar, and cant open additional row of storage until you go to next biome. so to force limit item collections, and management.
I just started a day 7001 max level like this and died 3 times on day 1. But then I scored a level 5 stun baton and changed everything. I'm having fun now especially with all the new POIs
For the move. Besides workstation and vehicles, after each segment you should "unlock" 2-3 slots each time to bring with you. So the first move you can only bring 2-3 items and thats it the rest is reset.
Glock The Immortal. That is actually a funny thing, if the records show you are older you can troll people about your age and how good you look for your age :)
New Game mode " The Naturalist " 1 can only use primitive or melee weapons ( Bows, and Crossbows. Maybe a sling or slingshot if there is a mod for it.) 2 have to live in the forest and build your own house and base. 3 afraid of meds so only use herbal antibiotics or honey. (Mabey a beehive mod. ) Something along these parameters. Hope this sounds fun.
i do think you should be restarting your inventory when you move but i also think you should be able to bring one thing of each category like one tool one melee and one gun, or maybe choose only one thing out of those things to bring. just a thought, i always smoke while watching g9's video. top tier content to watch while smoking btw, i recommend it.
maybe when moving on you have the work stations and just start with the basics just like you started in the beginning two jars of water a first aid bandage and a can of chili or something.
If you take some time to find a few gas stations you could salvage the pumps for steel. Should be enough to upgrade a fighting position in an existing concrete building, especially now that you have an auger to remodel and tear down stairs and ladders.
This episode gave me an idea for a series you could run, if you're open to suggestions. Blackout: a series where you go play the game regularly for 7 days and if you survive the horde you get blackout drunk and re-spec with a forgetting elixir and wake up in a new biome you get to keep a random assortment of weapons armor or vehicle based on either flipping a coin or dice rolls and start over.
Glock you should take whatever you can carry when you move on. Like in Rambling Man. Starting from scratch is going to totally suck. Great series I’m digging it.
i like the idea of taking only workstations and the vehicle with you. makes it harder. also good call to do the infested early and probably make the horde every 5 days.
I think it would coud be nice, if you bring hotbar worth of thing into the next biome. Counting into the hotbar slots would also be the workstations, so you would need to decide what would be the next few things you can bring and it could be nice factor of deciding what to leave behind. Somtimes you could bring a piece of armor, ammo, gun, sometimes splint, honey or some other shit. PS: if you are reading this have a nice day.
I know it's hard to break habits but you can modify armor while it's equipped now. If you have to go to the player page no real reason to unequip it. Can't repair it for some reason... but you can modify it. Edit: Since you don't have the crafting skills yet I think you should be able to move out with any weapon you can actually craft on your own. This way you can get 'day 1' rolling a little faster but will still almost certainly replace the weapon by day 2. Edit 2: That rifle you found is probably a Marksman Rifle, they deal less damage per shot than Snipers but hold more rounds/fire faster... and can get the full auto mod.
I suggest when moving to a new biome, you can bring what you can with you, which could include workstations if you were able to craft new ones. If you couldn't craft new ones within the 5 or 7 days, then you are going to have to make new ones. My $0.02 :) keep up the great content!!
Ya know what series I’d love to see again? One-hit death. That shit was amazing last time ya did it. Not that your recent series haven’t rocked! Keep on keeping on, Simon my dude.
knowing campo pack POIs, you better be ready for zombies packed to the rafters, like all the way up and bursting at the seams. you'll be fighting outside for most of it just kiting them like a horde. (I hope, those are fun)
I reccomend only taking ammo, but no weapons when you move. Just becasue ammo is hard to come by but also useless if you don't have or find any guns to use them. IF you even have any ammo left after the hoard night.
I'd like to suggest a test along the lines of outdigging the horde. How about a tunnel (long) with several sections blocked with grate and door or something along those lines where you stand and fight but can move to the next section. Maybe a 2x2 tunnel. Starting in the centre but with the option of moving either way.
You should definitely bring at least one gun with ammo and all the hand tools, (axe, pick, impact driver) because it will got boring quick to have to keep re-arming and re-equipping every move.
This'll make the challenge a bit easier, but what about selling all of your gear to a trader and keeping only the coin? That way you can buy whatever weapon you want from the trader in the new town; probably just one of them, though, so you'll have to find the rest of them.
I would like to see you permenantly keep one tool and one weapon of your choice and have one less day for the infected job between each hoard. A finale of one day for a job and then surviving the hoard with the choices you picked
I think you should keep tools at least too when you move places. If you're going to start over, I'd at least like to see you sell everything, so maybe you can get the Thompson. That thing looks sweet. Then, just keep it the rest of the game, lol.
How about both? ;) Thank you Owl!
great idea! :D
Take what you can when you move to encourage you to get a better vehicle.
Oh my God Glock! The cremation story you told today was hilarious. "They're trying to rush me into the oven" 😂.
I know, lol
I was typing this EXACT comment, and noticed this. Great minds.
I have the same first name as my old man. The AARP and Medicare scam calls stop being a source of entertainment after a week.
You know in the first 5 minutes of this series I didn't think I'd like this. Boy was I wrong. This is a great series. I love it.
Love the content.
i love how oldschool and wholesome this channel is just unadulterated gameplay love it

It's also really sweet to hear you talk about your life and wife. I'm sure they really appreciate and support you!
Take your hotbar to the new town. And each new move, you get another line of your backpack. Just a thought.
Yes
I realized I thought that was obvious while reading it, at least the hotbar thing.
love this idea for a playthrough. As far as what to take with you.... if we want to make it extra challenging, keep your work benches and ammo. Keep your current vehicle...until you get to the next location where it " breaks down" and you have to make the next.

Slows it down maybe a little and forces you to use all the tools at your disposal .
That was an episode to laugh hard. The epic music for a bicycle got me good for some reason.
I love that hoarder house. It’s great when you’re starting out, lots of stuff in there.
For me ive just been taking work stations and what is on my hotbar. It makes exploring much more enjoyable
I’ve been waiting for this since 6:30 this morning let’s gooooo!!
I collected thousands of Commando war comic books when I was a youngun. 43 years ago I joined the Army and my old man thought it was a good idea to clean my old room out and claim it for his own. I absolutely agree with starting fresh in each town/biome with just workstations and vehicle
I agree but maybe take your best weapon and it’s ammo. 🤷♂️
@ryanperry3854 If it was me, I'd probably do that. But Glock is a different kind of animal lol
Been checking every few minutes for last hour to see if the new episode had dropped yet. Love the content.
830am cst most weekdays is his upload schedule
funniest commentary on youtube
The comic book store has a second floor you missed and the place you're living is much bigger and worths the loot.
lmao “rushing me to the oven”
Love your videos! The joke at 16: 24 almost made me spit my coffee across the room lol
I think you should be able to take one tool and one weapon with a full mag to new zone, your choice of coins
Robber: Give me all your money!
Glock9: Its already maxed out!
You should sell everything you have before you go that you can and only take workbenches and Dukes. Love the series man
My middle name is my grandmother's first name and we have the same last name. I am constantly getting shit meant for her lol. I have also gotten letters from AARP and I am just like "She's dead guys, you're a little late for that" 😂😂😂
I thought that my builds in sandbox games are dull and boring. The creator of local Whiterun made me reconsider this.
Yea big empty rooms must be hard to give character
Dude.. those extra POIs are POSs. Just BLAND.
@@qwoeppel There's a few that are pretty cool, but yeah, comparing those to the latest Fun Pimp ones are realize that they actually do have some pretty talented people who work for them.

17:00 Poor lady, she got stuck on the hardwood floor.
The music that kicked in at about 12 minutes was perfect!

I really like this series, great job. for the move you should take your coin with vehicles and work stations.
Hey Glock, friendly FYI: the table saws give 10 forged iron when salvaged...😊
Dang that's good to know cheers
Oh you found her. I was starting to think she was in the walls, a haunted Whiterun!
Level 5 Impact driver & augur, beast mode guns but still whacking and banging on crates with a stone axe, love it lol.
The Cigar is still interesting for the added Bartering bonus :)
1. Eat everything you have vefore moving out :D
2. Also take 1-2 new weapons (maybe w/o ammo if its too OP), or some ammo w/o guns.
3. Or only money, selling everyting that wasn't consumed already after first "step" :)
This is a whole new way to play, and I'm liking it so far
I'm a junior I feel the pain I've been getting stuff like that since I was in my teen years😂😂😂
I’d say if I gets way to easy early I would buff up the zombies like their health and damage
I've been a silent viewer for years, but I love all the videos. Trees in 7dtd will be replanted with you in my mind. Keep it up, the zombies don't die on their own :P
Has to be my favorite scenario. Love these in the future episodes!❤🎉
I love this series so far

AHAHAHAH! This guy thinks we're all gonna be alive in 30 years lol

I support you being able to keep the workstations AND your toolbelt
“They’re trying to rush me into the oven” I spit out my drink thru my nose 😂
I died with the badass bicycle big bunns scene
Definitely start from scratch in a new town!!

Yes, bring whatever you can carry on person or vehicle.
i love this series and i hope u can post part 3 tomorrow

Increase the difficulty after every horde.
Glock you should take whatever you can carry when you move on. Like in Rambling Man. Starting from scratch is going to totally suck. Great series I’m digging it.
Ooh crate, ooh Kenny - love to see the loot take precedence 😂
Hey Glock on 7 days to die console edition you get a lot of mechanical parts from cars it might be the same for what you play on
16:10 had me dying laughing!
i like the idea of taking only workstations and the vehicle with you.
makes it harder.
also good call to do the infested early and probably make the horde every 5 days.
White run makes a pretty dope home 😎👌

What rhymes with adore-tion? Didn't know you were a poet, Glock!
I'd add allowing you to take any extra ammo you have left to the next location. But no weapons.

Take only what you can fit in your hot bar !!! You won’t! 😅 love ya buddy!
Ohhhhhh a loot crate.....
Ooohhhh Kenny!!! 😂😂😂 absolutely love me some Glock9 Gaming!!! Thank you for the entertainment sir. You are hilarious!!
For the base change, I'd say you can only carry whats on your tool bar, stations included.
i like this mod..series is great so far
I say take what you can carry, but at least take your bullets and dukes
Take what you can fit in the vehicle...my take - is the character getting robbed after every horde?
Or at least whatever he can carry in the toolbelt.
Another option is the number of tier 6 missions he completes he can bring another item or something like that
Ya know what series I’d love to see again?
One-hit death. That shit was amazing last time ya did it.
Not that your recent series haven’t rocked! Keep on keeping on, Simon my dude.
Greatest content around!
knowing campo pack POIs, you better be ready for zombies packed to the rafters, like all the way up and bursting at the seams. you'll be fighting outside for most of it just kiting them like a horde. (I hope, those are fun)
This made me want redownload and play again!
I think you should take whatever you crafted with you when you move, youd just craft them again when you get to your destination otherwise
When you move towns. Have a moving sale and only take duke's, ammo and workstation.
I totally agree with you...if everything is to be left behind..might as well sell it all and bring the dukes for next the town 👍
I reccomend only taking ammo, but no weapons when you move. Just becasue ammo is hard to come by but also useless if you don't have or find any guns to use them. IF you even have any ammo left after the hoard night.

In the horder house there's a secret sealed box in the garage in the wall of clutter near where you harvested the water heater
Don’t worry, Glock, you’re not alone. I’ve been getting AARP mail since I was 25.
Glock Glock never stop ,
Glock Glock till you drop.
You should definitely bring at least one gun with ammo and all the hand tools, (axe, pick, impact driver) because it will got boring quick to have to keep re-arming and re-equipping every move.
No repair .. Once broken , u better have a spare... I think tat would be a good challenge.
Yes to this!
Hell yea, glad to see the notification. 🎉
16:24 my gosh you just didnt hahaha
I say do the move like Ramblin Man where you take what you can carry to the next town.
Take only what you can fit in your hotbar when you move. Classic 10 item survival lol.
