'71 September and again around '73. but nothing beats that 1st one .'Communication Breakdown' was one of their 4 encores. being a sports arena, a digital clock was at balcony level, just above them, and when Bonzo went into his 'Moby Dick' drum solo, we were able to time it. for the better part of 20 minutes, I swear, he gave his all. rock on, Riley.

well you can colorize b/w footage but Jimmy's telecaster for example looks totally wrong. You can't retrieve information that wasn't there in the first place sadly
@@falafeldurum2095 While this is on some level "better" than the original black and white it is terrible still. A much better job can and could not only be done but they can do well enough of a job to where it doesn't even look colorized. This still has great potential. Yes, they need to get Jimmy's telecaster right (and I have no idea why they could not) but they also need to get Robert's hair as well, 😁.

I mean seeing what JP can play when hes not high, its insane. He is a great guitarist no doubt, but that stuff definitely hindered him later on, becoming ever more sloppy. But this is insanely nice
Probably the new kids on the block bias. Keith Richards didn't like them either although he admired Page and was a friend. The Who, Beatles, and Stones were the OG's. Zep wasn't until '68.
This is my phones ringtone. One day in the school I worked in while waiting for the elevator I heard CB playing and was wondering what cool teacher is playing LZ, before realizing it was my phone.
How odd to think that just a couple years later you were lucky if you could get within 10 feet of the stage at a Zeppelin concert, and these kids could have reached out and touched the freaking band if they just lifted their arms.
Being able to see an entire Jimmy Page solo so clearly is just so amazing.
100% right

This looks great! Only thing is Jimmy pages guitar is actually really colourful, it’s his ‘dragoncaster’. Everything looks amazing though
The dragoncaster is one of the sickest guitars ever

All the kids in the audience are now seniors. Time flies.
Wow!!!! The force of Bonham hitting the cymbal at 2:30.
I always have to come back to this rendition of the best band ever. I was born in 1966😎 and love it.
Love this, Jimmy looks so cool, the world of music changed forever 🤘👏
AMAZING FOOTAGE!!! Thank's a million for this. ZEP is the GOAT
Incredible, after all these years, thank you so much!
This is to rock and roll as the Mona Lisa is to painting, an absolute masterpiece.
omg... this is one of my favourite led zeppelin recordings. love what you've done to it, you deserve more views
Thanks man!
Yooo good job at getting this and making this a coloured one

I love the dragon telecaster, I whish we saw him play it more in live footage
So many people didn't realize Led Zeppelin 1 Page used a Tele. Country guitar my ass.
It can do it all.
Gibson is still king. Thats why he moved on to them. The best always did. Except Jimi and Gilmour, strangely.

Great footage!! Missed JPJ in it.
Finally get to the color or colour version. I saw this was also part of a Doors concert.
I mean tit was after the Doors finished playing. Maybe played at the same day and place.

And Pete Townshend said that he doesn't like ANY of their songs.

amazing he can make a tele with standard pick-ups sound like that 😳
Tele's are one of the most versatile guitars. The whole Led Zeppelin one was record with one.

All those different endings in '69. After a while you just skip to the tasty parts at the end. One guy made a you tube video of 5 of them in a row.

Proof that Led Zeppelin was part of what we call proto-punk.
Johnny Ramone and Greg Ginn were obviously listening to the first self titled album.
