विठ्ठल कामत ह्यांचे वडील वेटर होते, ज्यांनी नंतर स्वत: चे हॉटेल उघडले. वडील अतिशय साधे मनुष्य होते आणि ते नेहमीच भारतीय पोशाख धोती घालायचे. पण विठ्ठल ह्यांना त्यांच्याकडे पाहण्याची लोकांची पद्धत आवडत नव्हती. त्यांना त्यांच्या पालकांबद्दलचा दृष्टीकोन बदलण्याची इच्छा होती म्हणून त्यांनी परिस्तिथी अजून करण्याचे ठरविले. त्यांच्या एका गुजराती मित्राचे हाईवे वॉर हॉटेल होते जे व्यवस्थित चालू नव्हते आणि विठ्ठल हे हॉटेलच्या व्यवसायात आधीच सल्यामुळे त्या मित्रांनी ह्यांना मदत मागितली. हॉटेल चालविण्यासाठी विठ्ठलने त्यांच्या युक्त्या आणि अनुभवाचा उपयोग केला आणि योजना आखल्यानंतर त्याचा चांगला फायदा झाला. विठ्ठल ह्यांचा एकदा तोटा देखील झाला आणि त्यांना हॉटेल विकावे लागले जाणार होते. या मुले ते आत्महत्ये करायला निघाले होते. त्याने स्वत: ला ठार मारण्याचा विचार केला, परंतु 23 व्या मजल्यावरील इमारती रंगवनारया एका साध्या पेंटर कडे बघून ते प्रवृत्त झाले. त्यांनी विचार केला, तो व्यक्ती ज्याला माहित आहे कि जर तो खाली पडला तर त्याचा जीबीव्ही जाईल, तरीही तो एवढी RISK घेतो, तर मी का नाही घेऊ शकत? विठ्ठलने पुन्हा आपले काम सुरू केले आणि तेव्हापासून मागे वळून पाहिले नाही. ते हॉटेल चेन चे मालक आहेत, जे पर्यावरणाला अनुकूल आहेत आणि त्या दृष्टीने समाजाला मदत करतात. त्याच्या यशासाठी अनेक मापदंड आहेत. सर्व प्रथम, त्यांचे पालक आणि त्यांचा त्यांच्यावर असलेला विश्वास, होता आणि आयुष्यात असलेला सैयम. आपल्याकडे असलेल्या Opportunities चा पुरेपूर उपयोग करून त्यांनी आपल्या Entrepreneurship Skills आणि Business Ideas वापरल्या ज्यांनी त्यांना Success मिळाले. त्यांची कहाणी आपल्याला प्रेरणा देते आणि या व्हिडिओमध्ये त्यांनी काही Amazing Business Tips दिल्या आहेत, तर हा विडिओ नक्की बघा!

Vitthal Kamat was the son of a waiter who later opened his own hotel. His dad was a very simple man, and he always wore Dhoti which is traditional Indian wear and Vitthal didn’t like the way people used to look at them. He wanted to change their perspective towards his parents so he decided to make things better. One of his Gujrati friends had a hotel on highway which was not running well and he asked some help to Vitthal as he was in the hoteling business already. Vitthal used his tricks and experience to run the hotel and it did a great profit after he executed his plan. Vitthal also went into losses once and had to sell his hotel which made him feel suicidal. He thought of killing himself, but then he got motivated looking at a simple painter who took the risk of painting a building's 23rd floor, even when he knew that if he falls down, he will die. Vitthal started his work again and since then there is no looking back. He is the owner of a chain of hotels, which are also Eco friendly and helping the society in that sense. There are multiple parameters to his success. First of all, his parents and he believed in him and he always had the never give up attitude. He used his entrepreneurship skills and business ideas to make the best out of all the opportunities he had. सर माझ नाव शुभम आहे शाळेत माझ लक्ष. लागत नव्हतं मि मग ठरवलं धंदा करायचा माझ वय १७ आहे मग मि 15 वर्षाचा आसताना टपरी टाकली पाटनर शिप मदे हो रोज चा गला २००० होईचा आमी वाटुन घेयचो. पटनरशिप मदे मि फेल घेलो. नविला सगळे विशयात मि नापास झालो सर्व शिक्षक मनायेचे हा मोठो झाला तरी काय नाय करू शकत मला थोडं. वाईट वाटल सर आनि वडिलानी मला मोठ होटल बांधुन दिल सहा लाख. खर्च केला मि. सहा लाख वढलाला होटेल वर कमुन तिले. माझा भावानि पुनयात शिक्षण घेतले लोकरिला गावाला आला सर तेव महिन्याला कमवतो बारा हाजर व मि रोज पाडतो होटेल चा तिन हजार रुपये रोज. फक्त. रोज. माझ वय फक्त १७ आहे सर माझं कुटुंब मोट आहे आमचे मोठे बंधू किशोर राजे निंबाळकर हे मुंबई लागत मंत्रालयात सचिव पदी आहेत व मी बिझनेस मध्ये आहे आज जे सर मला म्हणतात तु काहिच करू शकतं नाही तर तेच आज महनताता. माझा विद्यार्थी आहे हा माझा नंबर ९७६६०१६६५९ कमेंट तुमच्या पयत पोहचलाव अवश्य फोन करा
