The first time I practiced magick I was 13 and played around with spells surrounding demons and vampires and werewolves because I thought it was “the coolest”. However I didn’t know how to cast a real circle and one day I did a spell with my friend and it ended up with me getting the feeling of being stabbed in the chest (I couldn’t breathe and coughed like a maniac. Truly scared the friend I was with) and the room having a bad spirit for over a year. Today I do Cast my circles METICULOUSLY specific just for extra protection, and I don’t do the dark magic. Instead I’ve found my deities (Norse gods) and I have found a way to practice without feeling forced to be all cool ass wizard-boy all the time.
This happened to me too. I dont want to talk abt it but a bad spirit made me feel like that, stabbed in the chest. Real physical pain. Thanks gods my body was safe so no real damages to it. Maybe this entity just triggered Something in my brain receptors of pain thus creating that sensation.
I am so happy you made this video, it's so relatable. I remember when I first started down my path I wanted it to be perfect, I thought I needed all the tools, I wanted to look the part, and I was interested in everything. 😂😂😂 I was 22 and I got burned out quick. I thought maybe this isn't the path for me, and it wasn't until I hit about 30 that I realized something huge was missing from my life and that it was this. I'll be 37 in May, and I still feel brand spanking new to it all, but then I look back and see how far I've come, and it makes me so happy. I've realized you're always going to have someone telling you your doing it wrong, so I've learned to turn off the outside noise.

I started studying and practicing in my early teens. Paganism has always been a part of my identity, but I quit practicing. I just started again and I've been going through a lot of beginner videos to refresh myself. I'm so happy that things have changed since I started learning because I swear it seemed like it was all so complicated. Everything was ceremonial ritualistic magick and nothing else. I'm really into keeping it simple and maybe adding more layers as I continue to practice
This is exactly what I need to know as well. I started my spirtual path last year in January and there is only so much I can do. But I do practice and the only time is when I am home alone. I live with two people who don't believe. I am also a carer for my foster mother. So I don't have a lot of time to practice but when I do I wake up at 3.00am and have shower to wash all that negativity away and then I do a mini ritual. I even make my own oils now for my body and face as I can't use a moisturiser on my face .

I just came from my vegetable garden - for the last few days I've been fighting cucumber beetles and today I lost a zucchini plant and my biggest cucumber plant to the uncontrollable sudden wilt caused by the nasty pests. I was so upset, I just needed something to distract me. I came here by chance, just mindlessly clicking around, and the moment I saw you, I felt like I've known you forever (and on a reasonable level I am certain I don't, or at least not in this life). 2. I got calmed down in literally seconds after I started listening to you. 3. Well, back to the first. I know your eyes. The sense of deja vu was overwhelming. I know, it makes no sense, but I'm sure I do. WTF?

I'm sorry to hear you had such a stressful time with your garden, it's like..."WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT, i take care of you, i water your, there's sun (and if you're anything like me), I talk to you - WHY YOU NO LIVE!" *Doing a little happy dance. i read The Kybalion last year and it inspired me to research more theologies and philosophies. I really gravitated towards hermeticism, wicca, and thelema. Especially hermeticism. i really appreciate the video and the info you gave me. I think I aspire to be a witch, or at least have some traits of a witch! edit: I would love to perform a wiccan ritual but i don't believe i am educated enough. I need to be taught more before I will feel confident in performing a ritual. I do not want to do it improperly or offend anyone of the craft.
I dropped the title "catholic" a year ago. I want to explore this path as I've always been interested in it! But I'm slighly scared I might do something wrong (but thats me with everything 😂). I'm gonna do more research before I start practicing. Thanks for this!

Yeah... I wore the pentacle on my forehead and I got kicked out of a club at school for worshiping Satan. -I’m a Wiccan- and when I tried to explain myself the teacher got even angrier.

The teacher called my mother, saying that I worship Satan and that I was being very combative with him, and my overall attitude was terrible. Like. What did he expect? He kicks me out because we have different faiths and I’m not supposed to be mad?????
As far as psychic abilities go, I wish newbie witches knew that they weren't actually all that necessary + they are not all that easy to develop. I developed mine purely through accidents alone. I am like you and mostly want it gone when the going gets rough. It's not easily turned off and it's not overwhelmingly convenient given how spirits do not operate by our same rules of ethics and etiquette. So... just something to consider.

Theres no set step 1, step 2. The biggest thing would be your intention. What are you trying to manifest, accomplish, banish etc? If you feel connected to the elements, earth wind water fire and spirit you can ask that they join you as guidance and protection as you seek the universe's help.

I'm 15 and I'm immensely interested and connected with Tarot and Tarot magick as well as Sigils.. Is there any magick that involves voice/vocal elements? what is the most powerful type of magick to learn?
That tarot is a perfect place to start. I feel like we all start there. Absolutely! Vocal energy magic definitely A THING. I would suggest looking into the specific sounds that go along with the chakras as a start or using your voice as a clearing option. As far as the most powerful it's really whatever YOU are connecting with (stones, runes, elemental etc) that your intention is clear and it's coming from the genuine part of YOU. I dont think there is a hierarchy as far as magic goes.
Simply Awesome. I felt very comfortable with energy, sincere, loving, kind, no bs. Believe it or not, at this moment I had an epiphany that i have been a Natural Witch all my life. Good at it or not, people with similar interests have come and gone, including my Late Mother. I have always trusted my gut feeling. Yes, there is sage on the counter nearby. I just let it flow, but if I want and have intent, I can do more. :-) Like my gut feeling, if I am sure someone is 100% willfully and intending harm in some way, I get out my protection spells, ask the Gods and Masters of the White Light for final approval. Let;s say when the paper goes in the Freezer with their name on it, the energy shifts, always, with no negative side affects.

Sis Witch that is an awesome question!!! I’m with you, harm none! But that doesn’t mean NOT protecting yourself. I started with exploring the dark half of the year. In the norther hemisphere it’s after the summer solstice (around june 19) to the winter solstice ( around dec21) its a time of inward reflection and acknowledging the parts about ourselves we don’t like and if we see those things in other people how we react towards them. This dark time of exploration is ON GOING( if it’s shadow work your referring to) if it’s other dark aspects such as spell work, I see a lot of value in “mirroring” or deflecting someone’s actions back to them. Or using stones to channel and collect that back energy we have pent up then finding a safe way to neutralize or release it from the vessel. There are also spells for distancing some one from you which I’m still waiting to try That’s just a small idea. If I missed the mark or your question please feel free to contact me :) ~~Seka
I'd also like to recommend the book "women who run with the wolves." The author invites us to reconnected with our wild side. Within all of us there is the spirit of the wild woman, la loba. Yes, indeed ... is very hard to control it and avoid this voices... lately i been having nightmares of a black dog attacking me or come after me ... What might be?? and a dream of the water destroying a house and even saw the window outside and was the waves of the ocean like if the house was drowning and falling apart...

I never being called myself a Witch ,,, I always hated it... and get upset.. but few people kept calling me names... I haven't give reason to one to say such names...but now I guess they are right... one day I was watching animation with my sister and the animation of the Witch room was very familiar like my .. with crystals, and jewelry, and antique looking ... that's when I realized is not bad being a witch ... Im very into my fate... but I always love nature since child teachers always complain I was very distracted and quite... I'm happy there's such things called White Witches?? Almost all I want, I get somehow.... and I can see nightmares sometimes "" (not all) dreams and nightmares about the future or people who pass away... my grandma before passing away I already knew she was going to die... because of dreams... I preferred to be alone, inspite I like to have a lot of friends... and be normal ... but people quickly misjudge me... and I avoid everyone ... just look at the sky and pray to the God and Jesus ... thanks for the video was great !

Jen Edge hahah yes those little piggies do get evil after more than a day. I think what I was trying to say was don’t force yourself to drastically deviate from your routine, if you can add something that is for the better go for it. Maybe an exaggeration to bring excess sock wearing into the game.
I never being called myself a Witch ,,, I always hated it... and get upset.. but few people kept calling me names... I haven't give reason to one to say such names...but now I guess they are right... one day I was watching animation with my sister and the animation of the Witch room was very familiar like my .. with crystals, and jewelry, and antique looking ... that's when I realized is not bad being a witch ... Im very into my fate... but I always love nature since child teachers always complain I was very distracted and quite... I'm happy there's such things called White Witches?? Almost all I want, I get somehow.... and I can see nightmares sometimes "" (not all) dreams and nightmares about the future or people who pass away... my grandma before passing away I already knew she was going to die... because of dreams... I preferred to be alone, inspite I like to have a lot of friends... and be normal ... but people quickly misjudge me... and I avoid everyone ... just look at the sky and pray to the God and Jesus ... thanks for the video was great !

love the video but not the cuts n jumping of the editing. would of been nice to see it flow more instead of having some parts of words missing.

^_^ Awe I will try to do that more in the future... I REALLY stammer and stutter... i should be diagnosed. Also I had it all written out as a blog first so i kept having to look down at my notes to stay on track. :)
