    Motivation is fleating.
The mind shift of eating less sugar and more protein and not restricting carbs was a HUGE revelation for me. Without knowing, I'm eating less carbs but still enjoying them.

I love your comment about the fact that we can “Relax a bit more!”! We all know that stress it’s not healthy and for me personally, causes me to want to eat more goodies to subside the stress! So thank you for affirming what we know is good! This is inspirational for me, if I enjoy what I’m doing then I will keep doing it.

Yes! The stress we put on ourselves completely works against us and honestly, when you have a good mood, energy and health in general, the weight doesn't feel like it matters as much - just a side benefit. We're all different too so yes just keep doing what feels right for you!

I have a hard time getting protein in workout dairy. I always feel so much better when I eliminate dairy, soy, and gluten. It’s just really hard to sustain.

Could it be nursing that helped you lose the weight?

I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding for 3 months and have been stuck at the same weight. It definitely doesn’t help most women lose weight.

It doesn't help. I have 3 kids and I can tell you it can make people gain weight if you don't have discipline and control it makes you feel extremely hungry everytime you nurse.
