Nathan’s camera work is honestly really good and is kind of defining your guys style. It still gives that nice “working in the shop” feel while feeling professional.
The editing in this video is top notch. I dont mind the 1 take, continuous videos, but this video makes the whole operation seem well planned out. This gives the impression that hours of filming was done and edited down to the best 10% being used, which it probably was.
there's an entire journey to having your friend as your boss. watched all the videos and it seems you guys navigate it well. sending good vibes and much love.
Limited slip seems pretty limited. Check out a Fozzy locker. It involves welding two teeth and skipping two, welding two skipping two on the side gears. You will want the "extra" spider gears back in the carrier. It allows a little movement between axles but still lock like a welded diff. Is that a 2.0 or 2.3 in the tracker.
@allwinauto awesome I bet it runs pretty good. I'm a Suzuki guy so I'm excited for the off-road vid. I met Scott one day in my clean 4dr Sidekick at a gas station.Thats how I found this channel.
why not keep with the fluid film or use something like surafec shield? rubberized undercoatings just trap moisture and cause rust compared to lanolin based coatings
The reoccurring joke with Nathan’s car is priceless 😂

My first car was a '91 Tracker. Loved that thing before it threw a rod on me.

A Grinder and paint will make you the welder you ain’t!

The fluid film is a better barrier for rust than paint.
