You got it, you are talking about the Kato. Also almost the same cable. And yes, the Kanas, the KXSS and the Kato. The DSP is only in this one. I don't think the angles do anything to the tunning. I think is the most complete of the bunch, I mean accesories. Any way, good video, get well soon. 😉

I think this is the latest evolution from Kanas to KXXs to the Kato, which is very exciting in my opinion. The addition of switchable termination and DSP cable is a good move from them. Hope to hear your full thoughts on it later. And good health to you, get well soon!

I liked the Kato, but spring tips and the horrible cable made the experience miserable for me...if the cable is good this time around I might add Kadenz to my collection and do some tip-swapping! Looking forward to your review!
So this looks like the replacement for the Kato (that is the one you're saying it looks like. With the geometric looking shell)? Looks cool - can't wait to hear more about these, when I listened to my Starfields often (my first real IEM) I used to lust after the Katos. That weird bass hump that is on their graph is kind of interesting. Hope to hear what your thoughts are on this once you feel better.
That dsp is pretty cool as it has shareable frequency graph settings that you can post and download from others. Only on android that you can adjust but after adjusting you can use it on iOS thereafter
Waiting for the review, especially the usb c dongle. It looks very compact. I wonder what the noise floor on that and whether there is any occasional 'popping' sound.
Loading in PEQ to maximize the sound quality using a DSP dongle is trending more and more. Best to do your own PEQ settings and use them in a DAP with Poweramp. More flexibility and better DAC chip options. But for someone with a USB-C phone, this type of set just works.
Kato refurbished? It looks pretty nice. I bought Starfield and never felt the urge to upgrade to Kato, but these look nicer. Waiting for your review of the Concerto as well.
