    Step 1: Drop the headliner.
    Step 2: Mark your holes.
    Step 3: Drill holes
    Step 4: Wiring
    Step 5: Install lenses
    Step 6: Reassembly

I just added mine to my 04 2500. Few things for others that are looking into doing this to save some time and headaches is to drill the ¼ inch holes and not even mess with the plastic inserts just directly thread the screws into the holes (still put sealant around the hole). Another thing is ignore the way they want you to wire it because behind the passenger side A piller cover there is a connector that is powered when the daytime running lights and head lights are on. Just splice in to the hot wire on that connector and you are good to go.

That's what I was wondering too. I haven't looked on my 03 1500 SLT Quad Cab yet, but I have heard that many of the 3rd Gens were pre-wired for the Cab/Clearance Lights under the passenger side A Piller.
Some have also mentioned that some cabs are already pre-marked on the inside of the cab for cab lights once you remove the headliner? I guess I will find out soon. First I have to remove the dash to replace the infamous broken blend doors on that poorly designed HVAC Box so I can have some heat and get some air to my defrost vents.

On the 2012 3500 you can run wire down passenger side pillar . You can hook it directly to open plug . Way easier than going to the bottom of fuse box .

Need to get that rust taken care of. Seen another guy just drop the front of the roof liner down and looked so much easier.

I agree with the rust. It amazes me a lot of these guys spending money and time fixing a rust bucket. Here's a hint people, fix the rust before you do anything else. Like a hot chick missing a tooth, one little rust spot can ruin what otherwise would be a good looking ride.

Where did you purchase the assembly ? Nice install job. love the kit, looks like it has almost everything you need. I have a 2016 1500 Ram and this would make my ride. Thanks

those self tapping screws tend to loosen with vibration .. and the plastic couplings are isolated .. it is better to put some riveted nuts and use stainless steel screws

For some reason the volume is not coming thru on my phone with this video. From what I saw it looks like a great video. Question, what company made this kit and where did you buy it from? Lights really look awesome. Thumbs up on the video. Take care bud.
