Thanks man. And I’m sure you’ll have a great build. The planning process is overwhelming until you find your path but once you figure it out it’s so great.

Hey I think the y60 is the way to go. To me it’s more unique and a better look and if you watch gamer nexus’ video on the y40 it seems the y60 is also built better
I think the best setup is the top and back fan outflow and keep the bottom and side fans intake. I have since adjusted to make this my setup and it’s a more balanced airflow design.
Hey there I'm herring my case this week and my gpu is the strix 4080 so same thickness as your gpu. How have your temps been wiith it so close to the glass?
@@WhiteCoatGamer I'll definitely watch the follow up video, but I'm just confused as to why my gpu idles are so much higher (40-50) on my TUF 4070ti. Could I simply be using the wrong temperature readings?
Thanks and I’ve been getting good temps I actually have a video posted about this on my channel. It is my most recent upload. But I’m sure you can get better temps with the glass off or other cases but I was fine with my temps.
So I have to ask, did you actually get the Aida 64 setup on that monitor to stay? Or just to take the picture lol. Because in my experience no matter what I do it resizes it later based on your main monitors and it will never stay where you want it. Heck I can’t even get it to size to the correct size at the beginning
Yea I will make a video on it and post it soon! It does i have some wallpapers on it too. It acts as a full extra monitor I just have it setup as a black and white sensor panel currently.
How is the thermals having the fans up against the glass pretty much? I really want this case for my Zotac 4070ti but that gab is so small idk if the cooler can perform. Can you make a in depth video or let me know please.
I will try to make a video as well but essentially The highest I have seen is low 70sC on my GPU with my current setup and this is with suboptimal fan configuration because I am running a negative pressure configuration for aesthetics until my Lian Li uni fans come in. But You should have even more room with the 4070 than the 4080. I think having the bottom fans intake directly below the gpu make up for the limited space. And these temps are while playing warzone in 4k on max settings.
Sweet thanks it was either this or the Lian Li 011Evo. Evo has more features but the Hyte 60 just looks so good. Definitely got a subscription from me thanks for the response.
Cool build, specially with the LCD, but that AIO is not very good, that old fan design from corsair has absolutely awful noise vs performance. I recommend swapping them out for Arctic P12s. They have white or RGB versions.
So I have them coming from the top of the mobo in the hole right under the top fans. But if you use some tension from the back to make them more taught it keeps them from interfering. I may make a shorts video showing my cables because a few had some questions about the lcd screen as well.
@@WhiteCoatGamer I figured that 1 8-Pin EPS will be enough to power a normal CPU without overclocking and that is easier to manage up there, I will tie them down in the back so there's a bit tension so it would hopefully not be an issue anymore. Thanks for your reply though!
Not bad at all. I average around mid 60s to 70s Celsius. I have a follow-up video showing temps playing in 2k and 4K with max settings and I have my sensor panel showing temps.
@@WhiteCoatGamer Wow. Great Temps. I'm doing a build for a customer soon and I am using this same case. My only concern was gpu Temps. But not anymore. Thanks for the info and video.
I actually don't have it setup like this anymore because I switched it out for a larger one. But I watched a few videos on this topic one specifically from JayzTwoCents and he stated this orientation was fine and gave some explanations.
@@WhiteCoatGamer Looks so awesome. For the LCD screen, how does it work? I guess it is hooked up to the motherboard, but does it have its own software, or do you need to install some controlling software on your PC? And is it easy to customize?
@@jonjohansen9461 I installed a software on my pc and I have the lcd screen connected to motherboard by usb for power and the gpu by hdmi. The software is Aida 64 and easy to use because there are hundreds of templates. I actually have a video about the software side if you want to take a look.
Thank you and no I did not have any issues with it. However for aesthetic purposes I did switch to a new AIO that is on top and added lian li uni fans so I have a new fan configuration. But no issues for about 3 months before making the switch.
im plaaning to build my own as white theme as yours. i have the 4070ti (white) and planning a case like that. question, can the back and buttom fit 3 (each) fans?
The back can fit 3 fans depending on the fans you use. The specs say only 2 but the lian li uni fans can fit 3 and I have seen some other fan brands as well but it is a limited few. The reason the Lian li fans fit is because they daisy chain together instead of each of them needing to be screwed in but you wont be cable to lineup all 3 fans for screws.
@@WhiteCoatGamer first of all thank you sir, yes im gonna use lian li fans. so, 3 fans can fit but you cant screw them. im i read you right sir? how about the buttom, can 3 fans fit there?
You can’t screw in all 3 fans but you can screw in I believe 1 or 2 of them which keeps them all in place since they will be daisy chained together. The bottom unfortunately will still only be 2. And alternative I saw was someone also just ziptied the fans to the back as well because then you can secure all 2 and you can’t see the zip ties. This may be the method I use once my Lian li fans come.
I have the same set up but my gpu Saphire rx 7900 xtx gets really hot and the glass is hot to the touch. How did you solve the overheating problem? Pls help...
How hot? I have a follow up video showing my specific temps and they never got too hot. The easy answer is to take the glass off it really is too much but you shouldn’t be getting crazy temps especially with a amd card because the 4080 I have is very close to the glass and I usually don’t exceed 70c and often am maxing in the 60s
Hey thanks for pointing this out. No I did not record it separately and actually watched it multiple times before posting and never noticed this. I am confused and not sure if it went out of sync once it finished processing on TH-cam.

I absolutely love it! It’s so unique at its core and then it has so many customizable options. Once I saw it I knew I wanted it. Have you seen the hyte y40?
@@WhiteCoatGamer When I think about it, the Y40 has a narrower opening at the bottom, in the bottom only a maximum of 1x 120mm fan (2x120mm or 2x140mm is in Y60). The airflow is weaker than in the Y60. And it's a little less visually beautiful than the Y60. The power supply is at a disadvantage due to the airflow at the bottom (better is in Y60). There can also be problems with a lot of cables with a lack of space. Advantages: narrower, taller, longer case (good for small desks), the graphics card is further away from the glass, the graphics card has better air intake from the bottom. But it's a hard choice 🤣 I think the Y60 is the better case still.
@@laddso5444 This is a great comparison and I agree I think the y60 is a better case. But I do love the direction Hyte is going and am looking forward to more products from them in the future.

very nice build, very aesthetic however I thought I saw an error, the link of your ram indicates that it is optimized for intel while your processor is an AMD... did I miss something? if not the rest is fine Rechercher sur
Hey there, yes it does say this but this is all a marketing thing. Optimized just means they have certain presets already enabled that are tailored to a specific (amd/intel) motherboard. But all of these presets can be changed to whatever you want and you will likely either not have to do anything regardless of which mobo you go with or it will be a step you are already doing once you are in the mobo bios setting it up like normal. I actually didn't have to change anything. Thanks for pointing this out so others can be aware as well.
It seems to me that you have installed your AIO improperly, fans should be reversed for intake and not exhaust, of I simply do not understand this setup, because currently there is only 2 bottom fans for intake and 6 fans for exhaust.
You're right. I am fine with a negative pressure configuration right now simply for aesthetics. (the back of these corsair Sp120s look terrible!) I have not run into many issues yet and my goal is to get the Lian Li uni fans which look great in any orientation and make the aio intake with the uni fans. My contingency if I run into issues before then is to make my top 3 fans intake. But right now I wont make the aio intake for this reason.
not to be that guy, but i think your AIO is mounted upside down... i think the rad is suppose to be lower than the inlet/outlet hoses.... i could be wrong but im pretty sure i just watched a video jaytwocents made about this exact thing.. give it a watch and judge for youreself!!
@@Hank-jku hey there. I’ve actually watched the video a few times and rewatched again just to be sure but my current orientation is actual the most ideal (check 7:50 in Jayz video). Basically you just want to have some part of the radiator higher than the pump to decrease air in the pump. And even better if you have the inlet/outlet oriented to the bottom because then air can’t accumulate there either further increasing your longevity. That being said I am planning to change my arrangement and place my radiator on top and place Lian li uni fans on the side panel to switch from negative pressure to neutral.

I've looked but it doesn't seem to be a very good software. Did you customize this? Because I didn't understand if aida64 is only customizable and there are ready-made models to import. Thank you @@WhiteCoatGamer
Sick man well done I’m very inspired
Thank you so much I’m very proud of it, it was along time coming!
Can I ask you which fans did you put in the intake and which exhaust? Thank you. Have you ever had temperature problems with the fans mounted like this?
Could get better thermals if you replaced those factory 3 pin intake fans on the bottom for some adjustable 140’s.
Yea I do plan to do this in the future. I have a recent video about temps and I changed my fan configuration and got a larger aio and have pretty decent temps. Check it out if curious. Thanks!
I'm looking to build my first PC. I love the build. Have no idea what route to go. For sure this is one sexy PC.
Thanks man. And I’m sure you’ll have a great build. The planning process is overwhelming until you find your path but once you figure it out it’s so great.
fire ass build Im gonna have one just like this soon
Nice glad to hear it! Such an awesome feeling to finally get a great build finished. And thanks for the compliments keep me posted on your build!
How do you get the data on the lcd panel? I know you said Aida64, but I don't see any option to transfer over to the lcd panel?
Hey there I actually have a video on how to setup the sensor panel but you essentially go into Aida-64. Open the sensor panel and then make it the dimensions and theme to match your screen size. But checkout the video which can help with details and you can follow along
Bro I’ve saved up money but I don’t know if I should buy the hyte y40 or 60 bro I’m honestly thinking it through
Hey I think the y60 is the way to go. To me it’s more unique and a better look and if you watch gamer nexus’ video on the y40 it seems the y60 is also built better
I bought 3 extra fans for up top should they exhaust or intake?
I think the best setup is the top and back fan outflow and keep the bottom and side fans intake. I have since adjusted to make this my setup and it’s a more balanced airflow design.
Hey there I'm herring my case this week and my gpu is the strix 4080 so same thickness as your gpu. How have your temps been wiith it so close to the glass?
thermal benchmarks, please
I have a follow up video posted about thermal. Please check it out!
What are your idle GPU temps likle in this build? I have a similar build
Hey I actually made a follow up video about my thermals in various scenarios but idle I get around 28-30c
@@WhiteCoatGamer I'll definitely watch the follow up video, but I'm just confused as to why my gpu idles are so much higher (40-50) on my TUF 4070ti. Could I simply be using the wrong temperature readings?
@@Blueprints11sorry for the delay but that is definitely a possibility. Did your temps ever improve?
Hey! great video. Just wondering hows the clearence for the GPU with this case any issues with the airflow?
Thanks and I’ve been getting good temps I actually have a video posted about this on my channel. It is my most recent upload. But I’m sure you can get better temps with the glass off or other cases but I was fine with my temps.
Be Honest, does your GPU overheat? I have a powercolor 7900xtx and im afraid this case is going to overheat my GPU, thoughts?
Hey I actually made a follow up video on temps but I have not had issues with overheating and the 7900xtx is even thinner so you should be good to go
So I have to ask, did you actually get the Aida 64 setup on that monitor to stay? Or just to take the picture lol. Because in my experience no matter what I do it resizes it later based on your main monitors and it will never stay where you want it. Heck I can’t even get it to size to the correct size at the beginning
I actually did get it to stay. I had a few weird glitches like that but once I toggled lock position and lock size it doesn’t move anymore
i know this is after a while after the vid but can i ask where u got everything from cause i'm building something really similar?
Hey so I got my mobo, cpu and gpu form micro center and the case, fans, other accessories form Amazon.

Planning to get end of the year.
Nice! It’s such a good feeling after saving and then finally getting to build
good job bro ... I would love more detail on how you added that screen in? Additionally can that LCD do color as well?
Clean!
Thank you 😎
Cool build, specially with the LCD, but that AIO is not very good, that old fan design from corsair has absolutely awful noise vs performance. I recommend swapping them out for Arctic P12s. They have white or RGB versions.
I actuallyended up switching it out for lian li uni fans
what utility do you use to manage the lcd screen?
This is Aida 64. I have a follow up video showing how to setup the software side of the screen.
awesome build , what is the name of the app that shows the temperature in the LCD screen?
It’s Aida 64 and you can setup the screen however you like. Many templates available. Checkout my follow-up video which shows how to set it up!
How exactly have you managed the CPU power cables? I just built in this case and the CPU power cables are interfering with the top fans :(
So I have them coming from the top of the mobo in the hole right under the top fans.
@@Shikaar no problem I hope everything works well! Glad you chose a great case!

How are your Gpu Temps with it so close to the glass?
Not bad at all. I average around mid 60s to 70s Celsius. I have a follow-up video showing temps playing in 2k and 4K with max settings and I have my sensor panel showing temps.
@@WhiteCoatGamer Wow. Great Temps. I'm doing a build for a customer soon and I am using this same case. My only concern was gpu Temps. But not anymore. Thanks for the info and video.
@@jodymarty3179 happy to help! It’s a great case I’m glad you’re going to use it for someone.
Turn the AIO... Dont have the like that! Should be the other way so you have the hoses up! Just a tip!
I actually don't have it setup like this anymore because I switched it out for a larger one. But I watched a few videos on this topic one specifically from JayzTwoCents and he stated this orientation was fine and gave some explanations.
It doesn't matter where the hoses are, there just has to be one portion of the rad higher than the pump, so the bubble stay in the rad.
Love the build man. Did your LCD panel fit perfectly behind the glass panel, or did you need to 3d print anything?
It fit perfectly and I didn’t need any additional items. It used electrical tape just to hold the top and bottom.
Great build so what are your thermals. With gpu so close to glass
This looks like an inspirational build. Is the AiO giving any noises or problems when you're installing the tubes at the bottom?
Thank you and no I did not have any issues with it. However for aesthetic purposes I did switch to a new AIO that is on top and added lian li uni fans so I have a new fan configuration. But no issues for about 3 months before making the switch.
Great build turkleton!!! Lol
Thanks 😂😂
what software did you use for the panel? Was it Aida64 or Rainmeter?
Yes I use Aida 64 and I have a couple templates I rotate through.
Great looking build. I have the Hyte Y60 as well!~
It’s a great case glad to see many other people are enjoying it as well
im plaaning to build my own as white theme as yours. i have the 4070ti (white) and planning a case like that. question, can the back and buttom fit 3 (each) fans?
The back can fit 3 fans depending on the fans you use. The specs say only 2 but the lian li uni fans can fit 3 and I have seen some other fan brands as well but it is a limited few. The reason the Lian li fans fit is because they daisy chain together instead of each of them needing to be screwed in but you wont be cable to lineup all 3 fans for screws.
thumbs up means yes?
Will this build work with the 7900xtx?
Yes it should, I originally was going to get a 7900xtx before deciding on the white 4080
Gotta move all that to the Y60. That card is choking
Asus has come out with a ROG Strix White RTX 4080 and a ROG Strix RTX 4090 GPUs in both regular and OC versions.
I saw this. I don’t believe it was out yet when I got my 4080 and the white strix is very hard to obtain because not a lot of places keep stock.

I absolutely love it! It’s so unique at its core and then it has so many customizable options. Once I saw it I knew I wanted it. Have you seen the hyte y40?
@@WhiteCoatGamer Yes I saw Y40, but in our country is not available. Only Y60. So Im thinking of taking it :)
@@laddso5444 you should. I like the y40 but the y60 is still superior to me
@@WhiteCoatGamer When I think about it, the Y40 has a narrower opening at the bottom, in the bottom only a maximum of 1x 120mm fan (2x120mm or 2x140mm is in Y60).
But I do love the direction Hyte is going and am looking forward to more products from them in the future.

very nice build, very aesthetic however I thought I saw an error, the link of your ram indicates that it is optimized for intel while your processor is an AMD... did I miss something? if not the rest is fine
Rechercher sur
Hey there, yes it does say this but this is all a marketing thing. Optimized just means they have certain presets already enabled that are tailored to a specific (amd/intel) motherboard. But all of these presets can be changed to whatever you want and you will likely either not have to do anything regardless of which mobo you go with or it will be a step you are already doing once you are in the mobo bios setting it up like normal. I actually didn't have to change anything. Thanks for pointing this out so others can be aware as well.
Amazing build ❤ can you please make a video how to put stats on lcd? Hope you will make it.
Yes this video is being made over the weekend and coming out early next week!
@@WhiteCoatGamer thanks a lot 😍 can’t wait
