    I just built my rats nest version and am looking for ideas and inspiration from others that arent huge influencers like linus and jayz two cents. My only confusion is if your putting multiple ssds in why not just use a 1tb for the boot drive and spend a little more on like a 4tb so you shouldnt ever have to open it up. Granted 6tb is a fair amount of storage, i just would have done it a bit different in that aspect ans had the other 2 for storage only and the boot drive also contain programs like icue and things like that. Other then my own preference that is a great build and video.

    Also what are your temps like? Great build!

      It's actually 30mm on top. Didn't realize that link was showing 40mm. Thanks for pointing it out. In very heavy use I get around 60C cpu and 40C gpu. Standby is around 35C cpu

    How on earth did you manage to get 2 kits of 2 x 16GB 7600mhz kits running?! I can barely get one kit of 7200mhz running with my 13900ks and z790 hero board.

    • @_bbkm
      @_bbkm  ปีที่แล้ว

      Its not very stable with max 7600mhz with 4 dims. It works fine with 2 dims at 7600mhz with the latest bios. Although, I was able to mess around the settings in the bios to have a stable 7200mhz with 4 dims. I recommend using 2 dims for best performance.

    Why are people are putting in 128 GB of ram from two split 2x32gb sticks? They aren't meant to do that, and the speeds will only be optimal if it was a 4x32 kit since ddr5 is relatively new and has yet to be manufactured. You would have been better off slotting 2x36 until they released the proper ram stick kits.

    just noticed you got the samdung 990 and 890 pro's you should look into the XPG s70 blade 7400mbs 2tb 149.99+ 19% on prime.. vs 990 pro 229.99 on sale. and they claim 7,450/6,900 MB/s samdung 880 pro 2tb $189.99 each on sale.. so over 700.00 for samdung vs 450.00+ for the XPG's and they are faster almost 50% faster than the 980's Samdung lies in one ad they say the 990 pro is up to 50% faster yet the specs say 7000mbs for the 880 pro.. hmm I don't think that equals out to 50% of 7450mbs might just be me not sure but I was looking at a few sets of benchmarks and well the samdung didn't make it to what they claimed... only in one test it got close and that was because Samdung used a single file type and not mixed files like EVERYONE ELSE DOES...lol Just Saiyan...

      @@_bbkm My system utilizes Phanteks Enthoo 719 case, with two 60mm thick radiators 360(top) and 480mm(front), Corsair ML120 and Lian-Li SL120 v2 fans. When at 1300 rpm 45*C on GPU 3080Ti under furmark is achieved. With under 30 dB of noise.
