2006 Nissan Armada will not start when you turn the key. I will give you information that will possibly help you get your vehicle back on which you can do it yourself.
three things could be the issue, most people think it's the starter but wait it may not be the starter it could be your starter relay which is up under your hood compartment on the left side way in the back where the fuse panel is and it's the left fuse the little black box of your far left that could be your issue which is the starter relay. or under your dashboard with a driver will sit under the steering wheel you will find a little circle device with a plug in it which is your ignition switch that could be the problem and I'll show you how to clean it or if you possibly can go buy you another then if all else fails who knows it could be your starter but go with the cheapest route first and troubleshoot.

You da man!!!!!! I've got this exact problem with my 2006 Nissan Armada and have been looking for the switch online and can't find it. The official Nissan online parts department has one, but it looks nothing like mine. I jumped on TH-cam because I noticed that the one online that says it is for a 2004 Armada looks exactly like it. You confirmed this for me so I will gladly buy that one without worry about it not working. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!! I will still tear mine apart and clean it, after I try the new one for an 04

​@@hectorramz1810if you follow exactly what he says to do it will help. Just clean it up with some rubbing alcohol and reinstall the part and get it a couple turns and it will fire. I was able to find a new part on AutoZone in the event that this parts malfunctions 🤞🤞 the part is not difficult to find and uninstall. It's under the dash at the end of the ignition column. Just make sure to follow the video how he uninstalls, cleans, and reinstalls the springs. Make sure you mark everything exactly how they are so you reinstall it correctly. I forgot to mark and had to zoom in and rewatch multiple times to make sure I got it back together correctly

Don't for get to disconnect the lead under the hood and direct connect to the starter. leave key off, if it turns ~ the starter is fine, if it clicks ~ it is the solenoid and the starter needs replaced, Also check relays. Been through it all and had to do the full replacement . not fun.

Could you tell me the part # on that switch you got from Amazon? I have the same exact model and year model armada as yours. I would get clicking noise sometimes and after a few times it would start. This could be the problem. Is that called ignition switch? Really appreciate it!
