Frymaster fryer gas valve sticking

This Frymaster FQG30 had a sticking gas valve. The great thing about this fryer platform is that the sides come off, and the valve is really simple to change. Pretty straight forward repair.

Been out for years. they are actually pretty nice. This are based on the 30 lb platform.
