    I have made countless curries over the years. This is my first one of yours, which I made today. My son said this is up there with the best. In fact, he said this is better than any take away and any other previous curries. I've just had a dish full and I have to agree. I will be trying more of your recipes. Many thanks for sharing

    Looks really nice. Intend to make it. Your clear explanation & instructions really help in getting best results.
    Heard adding achar causes dishes to 'go-off' quickly, next day, even if kept in fridge. Do you find it shorten the foods life and needs to be eaten immediately?

      @@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Cheers Great... Texture and spice levels prefectly Balanced.. Felt like our TAMILNADU and ANDHRA CUISINE- CHicken curry.. Make note of the GUNTUR WHolespice.. Roast it and powder it.. its the one which gives aroma, flavour and texture.. Do not mind adding little coconut milk of any source- Home made or Imported ones.. Great with Kerala Parotta and ANdhra sona masuri white
      rice also with Tamilnadu Ponni white rice

    Like many dishes a good beef stew for instance it is the gravy or sauce that carries it whatever the meat. This dish is definitely not short on spices and looks to result in a colourful tasty sauce.

    On a side note, does anyone get a sort of off taste for any meats the next day. Like the meat has gone off but it is actually fine.
    Apparently not everyone gets this taste.
    Anyone know what I can add to meat to stop this occurring?

    I’ve made this curry and it’s delicious. I am making a curry this weekend with 30 chicken fillets for a family party. I want to make this curry on a larger scale. Any suggestions re spice quantity etc?

    • @MyLittleKitchenRecipes
      @MyLittleKitchenRecipes  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for sharing this with. So glad it was enjoyed. So you'd have to multiply the recipe by the weight of the meat. I used around 4 fillets which weighed 700g approx. So for 30 fillets I'm just going off approx figures, you'll need to x7.5 the recipe. Just to be safe keep the salt a little less, so just at x7 and if you need to add it, do it once it's cooked. But other than that you're good to go. Let me know how you get on.
