I made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious! I am going through as many of your recipes as possible and those I’ve cooked are all so, so delicious!
Ive cooked your keema recipe and amazed myself that i actually did it! Trying this recipe today wish me luck and have to say your recipes are like eating my mums cooking :)
Lovely recipe…❤. My mum used put in kofta raw same as you ..everyone who ate exclaimed how do you get them so soft and juicy? And the sauce ends up with meat juices so is a great recipe..
That looks fantastic and it’s made my mouth water 😃 I’ll be down the butchers for my chicken mince tomorrow and will be cooking this 😁 Thank you so much for this simple fabulous recipe 🙏
Hi I’ve been making your mums fish curry for a year now - fantastic recipe. Could you tell me please - can the chicken kofta recipe be cooked to the end and then frozen with the sauce in batches and the warmed up at a later date. Thanks
Hello I cooked the lamb karahi yesterday my son and I both loved it so much we had to have seconds. I'm going to cook your 30minutes chicken kofta curry next week, thank you for all your lovely meals god bless you xxx
Your recipes are really good and i always make your version of keema matter now. Im amazed this dish is made wthout any tomatoes, yet gravy and consistency looks good. Will be giving this a try too 😊
Looks divine ! Will be cooking later this week. Also noticed there are no tomato’s . Is there any reason why not, or not needed, what’s the difference they make. I don’t think I’ve cooked a curry with no tomato or purée before.
Thank you so much. Hope you enjoyed this. Some dishes don't require tomatoes or onions. Like for example an authentic Karahi only requires tomatoes, no onions and has a unique flavour once the dish is prepared.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Shamza, it was amazing, I know I’m a day earlier than planned but mmmmm, I made the kofta’s a bit too big but cooked them 10 minutes extra and they were fine 👍👍 I’m putting a link to your you tube site on face book x
I'm going to give this a go this weekend. Thanks for sharing the recipe. BTW I made a chicken karahi version of the recipe you shared on your channel. Really tasty! The best curry I've ever cooked! Many thanks and keep it going!
Hi shamz ❤️ wow MashaAllah fantastic kofta curry looks absloutely yummy and it's perfect. May ALLAH PAAK bless you with health, wealth, success and happiness in the world Ameen. Love you 🥰💋 i have some question about rasmalai which you made. Agar double cream k bajaye all purpose cream 150 ml add kar sakte hain. Condenced milk sweetend tha jo add kiya tha rasmalai wale milk mein. Please reply 🙏 stay blessed and keep shining always 😍😍
Looks good but I think 26 minutes in total for the balls is a little to long , I’d remove them before you finish the sauce that also allows the ball to relax, then add them when your sauce is done 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Kashmiri chilli powder adds a little heat, but is used more for colour, but some Kashmiri chilli powders are quite hot. Deggi mirch is a mix of Kashmiri chilli powder and capsicums so a little less heat in my experience, but each brand is different, so best to test yourself.
Don’t you eat spicy food? I noticed that you only use Kashmiri chili powder but no regular red chili nor green chili hence I am assuming your food is not hot at all. I use Kashmiri or Degi mirch for color but I also use a lot of hot chili and green chilies for the kick in all desi cuisine

Hi
I’ve been making your mums fish curry for a year now - fantastic recipe.
Could you tell me please - can the chicken kofta recipe be cooked to the end and then frozen with the sauce in batches and the warmed up at a later date.
Thanks
Yes, it can, we do freeze leftovers, just don't leave them in freezer for more than a few months as they can lose flavour.
Definitely will be trying theses', maybe this weekend, cheers.

Yum!!
Another great easy to cook recipe❤
It really is! Thank you 😊
Very nice recipe! You didn’t add garlic into the kofta mix, is there any reason for doing that?
This recipe does not require garlic in the mixture.
Your recipes are really good and i always make your version of keema matter now. Im amazed this dish is made wthout any tomatoes, yet gravy and consistency looks good. Will be giving this a try too 😊
Looks delicious, isn't masala usually sweet in flavour though ? Surprised there isn't any sugar.
I'll give this a go on weekend 🙂👍
Please do! The masala in this recipe wasn't sweet at all.

Hi, thank you very much for your videos and recipes, can I use lamb mince instead
You could, I haven't personally tried it but I do have a lamb kofta recipe on my channel if you wish to take a look.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes thanks, will check it out 🙏🏻
Should we add extra fat into the chicken mince?
Not needed.
❤
👏👏Yes please...
Thanks Tony 😊👍

Can l check in the first part when you stated 1 cup water did you not put two in?
Hi, half a cup went in first to cook the onions and spices and then 1 cup only.
I have become heavily dependent on your videos literally every week
Wow, that's just made my day! Thank you so much 😊👍
Do mince your chicken at home. If so how do you do it
No, I buy it pre minced from my butchers.
Salaam, the dry onion is that just crispy onions?
Looks good but I think 26 minutes in total for the balls is a little to long , I’d remove them before you finish the sauce that also allows the ball to relax, then add them when your sauce is done 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Doesnt kashmiri chilli powder add heat.... And Deghi mirch is the one to use to add colour but not heat? Could you clarify pls.
Kashmiri chilli powder adds a little heat, but is used more for colour, but some Kashmiri chilli powders are quite hot. Deggi mirch is a mix of Kashmiri chilli powder and capsicums so a little less heat in my experience, but each brand is different, so best to test yourself.
Could you add boiled eggs to this?
Absolutely!
No tomatoes needed

No as my 5 year won't eat them. Otherwise. Chilli you can add as per your preference.
U r so beautiful Masha Allah ❤
