  • I start with a bit about veins, looking at how the fetus gets oxygenated blood into its little body, then look at the fetal circulation in more detail - a circulation with inbuilt valves - ready to switch over from placenta to lungs when the baby takes its first breath.

      I've just added one more - and that's it for now. But there will be more! I will probably keep adding small details after I've dealt with the major organ systems.
