The best I've seen in this series. The rest were too arty farty, impractical and really only catered to the owner's very particular tastes so it suits very few others.

Good transformation. But still a little clutter
his home used for so many drama and shoots, until i recognise even before the guy pop up.
A place I would love to own. The only change I would make is change the ugly gray sofa in the living room to a black leather sofa. Apart from that, I would also use two other colors which are red and yellow to brighten the place.
vanity moved outside the bathroom people have to come out to wash hands like old school and also the shower screen smack in the middle serves no purpose
if the sink is outside means after business you'll touch the door with those hands? yikes

Bad taste. After all it is a hdb flat. If you are rich like me buy private house in Sentosa cove.
If people have vision but don't wish to be a slave to mortgage so be it. At least he achieved what he desires - a beautiful home. Everyone have different priorities in life. You think every owner of private properties profit? Did you know how much losses investors make from the purchases of homes at Sentosa Cove? Even billionaire Dyson made a loss on his penthouse at Tanjong Pagar. There's no bad taste here. If he choose to live in a property that will be valued at $0 when he's probably beyond living age so be it. Now you having a very narrow scope of perspectives - that's distasteful.
Distasteful mentality. You are considered rich if you pay your property and everything else in cash. Then again, buying overly priced property does not make you a king and give you the right to look down on others!
