Not sure about audio improvement, but the SWOT slide is distracting due to the misspelling of "Strengths". Would it be possible to edit that typo? Great video!

Maybe take a look at your spelling in the graphic at 1:51 minutes in ? STRENGTHS not STRENGHTS
Spelling is not your strenght. ;-)
and that is absolutely okay. She has many other wonderful strengths- for example her training and teaching of IDP concepts.
