I live in Sofia. Tour market looks as good as any I've ever seen in BG, including the fresh produce and fish sections of any of the large supermarkets in BG. It looks like you guys have hit a gold mine. Most people will take some time to adapt to the roadside nature of this kind of market, but once they see the quality of the food, they'll never go back to their city supermarket. I envy your children. They are going to be growing up, speaking English, and speaking Bulgarian with no accent, bravo.

@@ScotsmanInBulgaria I am of the opinion that the majority went bankrupt and the oblast are against any reopening ,maybe local elections will; change that view

Good prices on everything. Our food has skyrocketed in price recently. Very concerning.

@@ScotsmanInBulgaria Hello! No, I'm in the USA in North Carolina. I'm considering buying property in Bulgaria as soon as this year, or next, and will hope to semi-retire there by 2025/26 (although keep my current businesses which provide good income). I get my "pension" in 3 years. I really appreciate your good information, and hope to see you in person one day.

@Kim Kennedy that would be nice.. hope your plans go OK 👍🏻... Not sure why everything is so expensive your way... obviously in Europe , Putin has ruined it for everyone... UK in a recession...

Do most of the vendors grow their wares?

You of all people should know best that this is Bulgarian white brined cheese. You call it feta style. Well, it is not. It is different. Calling it feta or feta style it is not correct.
